Technically you can get slugma that early, you just have to do a trade with the trainer

Actually there's a guy in the first gym city who can give you a Slugma egg if you tell him two specific words that depend on your trainer ID, so yes you can get a Slugma that early

At 11:14, he used Ice Punch. Machamp can have it as an egg move when bred with Hitmonchan/Medichan
11:14 I think Heracross used Bug Buzz because of the paralysis/ lightning effect but The opponent avoided it

There is a Slugma mystery egg in the Violet City Pokémon Center that could hatch before reaching Bugsy. However, it's locked behind a phrase combo that is randomized in each save file, so most people wouldn't bother with it.

7:25 you can obtain slugma earlier actually, thanks to Primo. One of his eggs hatches into a slugma.

Amagine a pokemon game revolved around being a stick figure trying to be a pokemon master.
Except in trainer battles the battling isn’t the classic turn by turn gameplay but more like smash bros.

The combat mechanic should be like legends arceus but way more intense

There's actually a trainer that gives you an egg for slugma pretty early on
You actually can get slugma before the 1st gym because in the Pokémon Center. If you talk to Primo and answer the passwords to get the eggs you will get a slugma egg, mareep egg, and a wooper egg

If only the game's battle is like that; switching pokemon in quick/real time during battle.
(Imagine Pokken but the pokemon battling are the 6 pokemon you've caught and they have their 4 customizable moves and can be swapped in and out quickly)
Makes battles more engaging compared to turn based combat.

You can get a Slugma egg from the guy in the Pokémon center in Violet City if you give the proper key words. You can get one for Mareep and a Wooper as well.

Slugma can be obtained in Violet City. A guy in the pokemon center will give you an a specific egg for putting in specific codes (mareep, slugma, and wooper), so he must've put in the slugma code.

reason why orange stick figure was able to get the slugma that early: the boys bullying the slugma probably owned it but the stick figure took ownership after the youngsters were bullying it.

You can actually get Slugma through secret codes if you talk to the cameraman in Violet city. It comes in 1/3 eggs which are Whooper, Mareep, and Slugma. Idk how to get the codes and I think they're randomly generated but it's possible to get Slugma that early.
You can get slugma pretty early. There are some passwords you need to tell to a special person in the city with the first gym

Yes, you can get a Slugma in Violet from the catchphrase guy. You can also get a Mareep from him.
Pretty sure the only pokemon you can't get that early is Heracross.

You can get Slugma from a Primo brother egg if you put in the right code that is correctly matched to your trainer ID in HeartGold SoulSilver

I think i know why hes keeping slugma as a slugma he wanted lava plume which slugma learns at lv 34 so in the jasmine battle the slugma leveled up twice so it was lv 33 then 35
