This is so good, i see so many people buying everything nrw for the new school year, but i remember getting new clothes and the odd new pen, but that was about it. If i still had a bag, i used it, same for pencil case etc.
My child is 14 and is going to be a freshman in high school/ year 9 in a week August 15th!! I can’t believe my baby is going into high school!! We go into the school tonight to get schedule find locker take school ID/ yearbook photos! Did color guard/marching band this summer to be ready to perform half time during American football games! 1st time doing a sport! Taking geometry( is a year ahead jn math), geography, English 1, ASL (American Sign Language), honors chemistry ( hoping it’s not going to be too much), Health (they either do health 1st or second semester and the other semester is PE), treble choir and study hall. They’re feeling nervous and excited! First year our high school is offering sign language so really excited about that! Good job sorting everything out so you know what you need to buy and what you already have! Still need to buy a new zip up hoodie for when it gets cooler in the fall and it will since we live in the Chicagoland area! Still hot now! I think good on everything else should probably get a new rain jacket too!
Hello. I am just everything for back to school now because my daughter is 6 going into Primary 2 in Scotland. We start back next week. I work in a high school so I go back Monday and my daughter goes back Wednesday. Been a quick holiday. X
I have 2 kids, but only one in school. She will be going into year 1. She needs all new everything as she has grown like a weed. We bought new shoes before the end of the school year as the previous pair just completely gave up, with no saving them. Fingers crossed they still fit!
My little girl is starting reception this year so all new for us so everything will be new this year hopefully by the middle of the school year we will be in a routine and know slightly more of what we’re doing lol but I do t want my baby girl going to school going to miss her loads 😢
I've got 3 children, 7, 4 and almost 1. Here in Italy most of the primary schools and kindergarten use smocks, but our schools have uniforms that you have to buy only in one shop and they're quite expensive. We don't have to buy stationary because all the school years do a huge order at the beginning of the school and deliver it to the school, they leave all the stuff there, like pens, crayons and even notebook if they don't have homework. This is very uncommon too here in Italy because 1) we have usually a lot of homework (a couple of hours per day even in first year of primary school) and 2) every kid has her own stuff and they bring back and forth from home to school. And, the most important thing: back to school is in mid September cause summer holidays here are from mid June to mid September, three whole months 😂😂😂😂
My 14 year old is going into year 10, 10 year old going into year 6, 6 year old going into year 2. I think I'm all ready for the new school year apart from labelling and new shoes for the eldest. And haircuts but that will be the week before 😂 xx
Hi do you know how to remove the labels? I have a few blazers etc to donate to my sons school but don’t know how to get the label off without damaging the tag 😊 I did the folder system for my son last year after seeing your video, it’s been amazing so far
Four grandsons eldest one going into year 7 secondary school, second one aged 7 going into year 3 new school (SEND), Third one aged 5 going into year 1 and the last one aged 3 going to preschool. 4 different schools, different colours as well. Myself and great nana will buy school trousers for the eldest 3, jogging bottoms for the youngest 😀 x
I have my 17 yr old going to college my 10yr old going into yr 6 and my 9yr old going into yr 5. I’ve done my stock take for youngest 2 but now have the headache of buying cloths for primary school but boys in teenage cloths my 10yr old has size 8 shoes and my 9yr old is in size 6 shoes 😢they are taking after there dad😂 in the next couple of yrs I’ll be the shortest person in my house 😂.
Hi Rhi, my eldest is just about to start reception but he has only just turned 4 so he is a baby! Your videos have helped me out so much in preparation for him starting! Any advice on nerves? My son isn’t nervous but I really am🙈

Hi just to add with boys trousers from m&s they have an extra inch sown into them that you can unpick when they start to get short for Will 😊
