If you make the fields smaller they build faster. Then have multiple fields with different crops on a rotation basis it will offer food variety and protection. Glad your back! And you are the first person I have ever subscribed to. 😁
Hi Penge. Good you are up again. As on second trader there are buttons you can switch between traders. Somewhere middle right od the trade post screen 😀 just seen it by chance
Welcome back Penge. A little heads up, as you upgraded your main HQ probably a bit early progression wise, it has unlocked several buildings that have a monthly cost (which you likely will struggle to afford) you can turn these buildings off to avoid these costs (for example you do not need rat catcher yet but will be paying for it). Also my wife said "if nobody else has mentioned it please tell the man that there are tabs for each trader at the trading post". I didn't see any other comments on this, so job done ;-).
I’m loving your play through of this game, watching you try to get your head around how things work and your thought process is amazing and very entertaining 😊👍
Glad you're back up and running Sir 😀. I would look at upping the number of bods in the plankorium to the max of 4. You will need loads of planks and don't forget to keep up the supply of wood to feed it. There's a work camp thingy somewhere which automatically harvests wood and stone in a similar fashion to how the forager bods work.
You get one farmer per farm. If there is more than one farmer, they cooperate. You could build smaller fields and get more farmers and get work done faster. This would also help with crop rotation since with more fields, you could leave one fallow for a season to help recoup fertility
You can also upgrade the roads to cobblestone..that helps with speed and desirability. Rocks are sometimes hard to come by so start off conservative and start near the homes and businesses first
one thing. Be careful in the next week or so with this game updating. Sounds like some major updates which may or may not break your save are on the way soon (how soon?)-so make sure the game doesn't auto update or be prepared to start over if you think the changes and bug fixes are more advantageous than being stuck with the (pretty bad) bugs of today -or get lucky and the save will work.
Hiii, just saw your video today in yt recommendation, it's good, you got a sub:),just a tip, untill you get nice defenses in,you can ring the bell in the town center,it will glow red and the town center will shoot arrows towards the enemy,it will help ig,then you can tap it again when the danger's gone and it will turn blue, that means everything is normal again
Ah, I never knew the town centre had combat options! I just thought folks would hide inside it! Thank you for the tip. And also welcome aboard! Here, have some tea.
@@TheGeekCupboard You are welcome, and thnxxx for the tea penge🌻,also you can flatten land areas which are uneven,am not sure where's the option but it is somewhere in the down right side among the buttons displayed there;)
Also the trading post works when a trader comes in,a green arrow towards the trader means he will buy something, the arrow towards means that you can buy it from the trader
you need a lookout tower and build some walls around the town to slow down the predators. build a medical building so if your villagers get ravaged with disease or attacked they can see a doctor.
21:19 Btw your crop rotation is no rotation at all. Your fertility will go down very fast, you need something to increase fertility each year or 1/3 doing nothing but fertility
And also (sorry for spamming) there aren't any notifications when traders arrive, so you need to keep an eye on your trading post. Particularly in spring.
I had the Benny Hill theme music playing all through Edran vs the Bear. Best 5 minutes of gaming this year! Hope you’re better now.
😂🤣😆

Welcome back Penge! Hope u had a nice and relaxing holiday!
Hope also u'r well. Ur voice sounds a bit difference.
Buddy you deserve more subs so i gave you 1 keep up the good work love your vids
I am much obliged! Thank you!
You can assign more people to the sawpit, I think, and you can also even out the ground elevation, it just requires some work.
In the trading post there is a button to click to switch between trader 1 and trader 2

There's a tool (somewhere in the bottom right icons) to order your villagers to flatten the land. If it's veeery steep, you might need to do it twice.

you need to click trader 2 to switch from trader 1 .. great video by the way 👍

you should rotate your plants around, some plants even give back some fertilization, other then the clover.
There is an option somewhere to have a villeger explore and open up more map, maybe see if there is any clay furthur out?
There is such a thing, you're right! Good call. I've recorded the next part, we do have a little explore next time out.
Good entertaining episode :) In real life, clay is sometimes by water so maybe in the game too! Can't wait for next episode :)
Glad you're feeling better Penge!

You can also assign more people to the plank place
For the gardening, that size of garden only requires ONE person to tend the garden. The 5/5 thing, is for BUILDING the garden.
on the fence on buying this game so enjoying the play through to make up my mind
well?
Bought it and quite enjoyed it so far worth the price
@@Artuitus me too
12:30 was Benny Hill indeed
As far as I know, you don't assign wagons to places. Once one is available, the game decides who needs it most and they get it. Same with barrels btw.
mayyebee start with an exrtra plank shop y
Yes, and/or add 2 more workers to the current saw pit. Womack and Womack can't seem to manage with the growing demand on their own.

Ah, ok. I'll muddle through with it, it's a steep learning curve!

second😁😁
The reason more people cannot work on the fields is because only framers can work on them
We'll turn beans into peas
great game but unfortunately I cannot play it as pc needs a better graphics card which i cannot afford
third, by the way
