Initially high flame required then later sim itself enough to cook..it can retain heat for longtime even after you switch off the stove

If we use iron kadais for deep frying, how long can the oil remain in the kadai?
I have heard that deep fried oil shouldn't be left in the Kadai.

It's depends upon , what you are frying in that iron vessel. For example. Adding too much of water in bajji flour makes too much of oil and there is no oil will remins in the iron vessel.
