I’ve got a bmw 325i M sport auto step 2007 two days ago roof wouldn’t go down properly there’s power and it gos to go down but won’t go all the way and it will do back up as well it’s not the actual roof it’s self it’s the boot compartment that won’t open and goes back to allow the roof to fold down into it but I’ve noticed today the car has the original battery from 2007. Could this be the problem but the car needs a new battery and there’s not enough in the battery to do a full roof cycle.

That fuse has been replaced before it’s not got the white writing on like the others…. It will go again it has a underlying fault fuses don’t just pop

It’s from auction site I couldn’t tell you what the history of this car is or who tried what with it all I know is I bought it a lot cheaper than it should be in order to get it running again
