      Yeah I haven’t done this for years. I have a completely pain free version I teach and use now

      @@Trixiesongzxoxo this is from a seminar I taught at a local PT School years ago. I don’t have his contact information. He was just demonstrating, he had no pain just a stiff hip, it moved better afterward and he felt fine. This is a pain free technique.

      You're absolutely right. I leave these old videos up to show how I've progressed and changed over the years. I don't believe these techniques work or are safe anymore. I no longer teach this variation and use a much more gentle technique based on diaphragmatic breathing now. It's called the Pain Free Psoas Release.
