I’d still keep the blackcliffe claymore since you never know who it could be useful on in the future, and Blackcliffe tends to be a pretty good statistic weapon series for its Crit dmg.
For the event weapon, I believe you need to do the world quest chain that starts in the Beryl Region. There is a painter Melusine called Mamere that you need to approach. You need to do her entire quest, which will then unlock other quests to help other Melusine. It takes a while to plug through all that. This quest has been out since 4.0, so you can find the info on the wiki. You can also grind the weapon mats. It uses the cups from the domain (Wed/Sat), gears from the generic mecha enemies and watches from the Fatui operatives in the 4.1-4.2 regions. You'll also need about 400 chunks of enhancement ore.
when using her skill i recommend using it very very close to the enemy/ies so it deals more dmg also maybe build the prototype archaic (the claymore) since she scales off atk or the tidal shadow (also a claymore) (tidal shadow is a fontaine craftable)

if you need to kill a boss a lot if you go into a character trial and then leave it will respawn the boss
