This would be insanely hard. It would need to be on a map which has a lot of machines really close to each other while all being perfectly primed the 7 Tishas would need to be alive and finish the max number of machines they can in under 10 seconds after the first one is done (Finn's ability duration) After that, Finn would be using Vanity Mirror and Bone trinket (forgot to mention it has to be in panic mode) Finn would 3 buttons, take all items near him and if the items are Eject Buttons or Box of Chocolate he can get insanely fast Oh and also all the 7 Tishas would have to be close to him after fishing all machines while in panic mode so basically, this is impossible I love being a dandys world nerd
Watercooler is useless even for low stamina toons what low stamina toons need is not more stamina but speed poppy bow fit right in more than watercooler itself considering its drawback

Here’s how to ACTUALLY become the fastest ever (at least to what i can think of): Starting off with the players! - 1 Finn - 7 Tishas (all use ability at the same time like shown in the video) Trinkets: For the Tishas it doesn’t matter much about what trinkets they bring, but I recommend they bring magnifying glass + participation award to get through the floors easier ^v^ For Finn, bring alarm and Vanity mirror! Now this is the most important part: Try to stack up on the most efficient speed items. Most efficient is 3 eject buttons (I’m pretty sure) Get to floor 40; since that is that is about the floor where you reach the machine cap (20) Get every machine primed, then all the Tishas and Finn pop all machines and use their ability on Finn within 10 seconds (how long Finn’s ability lasts). Use the 3 eject buttons, and since all machines get popped at the same time your alarm and vanity mirror will activate. You won’t have to worry if there is a twisted Finn, since having eject buttons negates the speed debuffs (it says so in it’s desc if you’re wondering) Have fun with this information! 🌒w🌒

This means that 3 eject buttons will actually not make you as fast as 3 boxes of chocolates because it's 10% PLUS 10% of the multiplier you already have. This also means speed multipliers from one use speed items will give less speed because the speeds from each chocolate will stack on each other. 2: This isn't even accounting for boxes of chocolates that you could pick up while running, meaning that the limit for speed goes up exponentially if boxes of chocolates appear on the floor after you already have 3 boxes of chocolates. 3: The bone will make you a lot faster than the alarm if you can find enough items on the floor. By including all of this, you can break the light barrier.

Have everyone complete the machines in a row very quickly so the speed buff stacks and you enter panic mode, activating the trinkets. Finn, machine completes by Finn in 4 seconds in a corner, 3 eject buttons, 7 tishas, panic mode glisten trinket, pink bow. This is the defenition of speed
Did you know there’s an easier way to do this! Just be pebble, have on vanity mirror, and at panic, use a box of chocolates and run! I’m saying this because, there is a speed limit and you reach it with this!
This idea is for skilled ppl only!(not saying I am skilled): Toon: -use Finn. Machine placement/number: -Get to a floor with more than 9 machines, 20 machines is great. But floors with 8 machines close to each other or 4 machined floors is also good. Strat: -Prime all of them so the passive can get to a high number and while the passive doesn’t ware(think spelled this wrong) off. -The Tishas quickly goes to you and uses their ability. (Since it’s panic, the two trinkets will give a 35% speed boost) Items: -Full inventory of box of chocolates/eject bottons will be great, but the items of your choice is also great(BroGamer)
I’d say for trinkets, it’d be worthwhile to swap out the dog plush for the pink bow, since, if you’re aiming for the fastest speed possible, you’re gonna be sprinting instead of walking.
I have technically found how fast you could be if we used you're stuff except I changed the machines to max (20) and for this you would need the owner or admin commands with that the percentage would be 1445% and then add 25 the final number would be 386.25 about 12.66 times faster than pebble running normally so yeah you can go across the map in less than half a second if you somehow get the owner or anyone else that has admin commands

If all the tishas have valves the amount of machines completed can be increased to 29. Plus all of the speed boosts from all of the tishas and the 3 box of chocolates. With vanity mirror and the bone, if the speed boost from bone can stack, then by accounting the spawn rates and spawn locations in dandy's world, you get the highest speed in dandy's world This will require a certain map, while im not sure what, this will need a specific map for maximum speed thats has the most amount of possible. You will need as many items as possible, as close as they can be apart. However, all the items cannot be collected at once, since out of all the speed boosts here, tisha's speed lasts the shortest. So you only have a very small duration of time before you lose all of this speed and lose it all, since items dont respawn, u need to go through floors over and over again, not to mention a map like what i mentioned is only obtainable on floor 10 or higher. Then, and only then, you become the fastest you can be in dandy's world.
me and my siblings did something similar once! it was just us three w vanity mirror and alarm but when we completed all 4 machines at the same time, it got CRAZY. one of my brothers accidentally no-clipped through a wall, thats how fast we were going.
a small correction, it is actually faster with boxes of chocolates because those are percentage increases, meaning it will stack ontop of the tisha, and machine boosts. the eject button is amount increases, which means it will only increase by a certain amount instead of stacking ontop of them so instead of having an eject button, a box of chocolates and a speed candy, you probably just want all three slots to be boxes of chocolates or 1 eject and 2 boxes edit, for the slowness, you could also make it slower involving twisteds. using that trinket while on a finn or rodger floor you can get the slow 3 effect which will darastically lower your speed, tho this cannot be stacked ontop of eachother [ finn slowness + rodger slowness] and if you stack the water cooler trinket on that, it makes him even slower
I know some better,: Use pebble Use 3 box of chocolates/eject buttons Equip the trinkets “ribbon spool” and “lucky coin” Also have 7 tishas to boost you. now..one thing is this is REALLY hard. why? so you need to get the walk and run speed multiplier, along with an even floor ribbon spool gives 10% walk and run speed on even floors and rhe lucky coin speed multiplier gives you 17% walk and run speed. so if we add altogether with those, you’re trinkets are gonna give you a 27% walk and run speed multiplier boost. Or, you can use lucky coin + vanity mirror OR vanity mirror + alarm OR ribbon spool + vanity mirror ORRR vanity mirror + lucky coin on top of that, you can also use finn. Have all of the machines primed on the floor, and make sure you can get them done as fast as possible. and then use trinkets and have 7 tishas boost you and use items.
I recommend this: 4 max extraction speed toons, 3 tishas, 3 eject buttons, and vanity mirror and alarm, Ill explain The 4 max extractors could finish 4 machines on the same time, thus, The 3 tishas could stand around finn and wait for the machines to finish on the same time then use the abillity, The trinkets and 3 eject buttons will also take place for the speed
The fastest you can go is 7 tishas one finn, vanity+ dog bone, be at floor 15 for 8 machines, and three eject buttons. You want to complete 8 machines at the same time, and boost finn, the use the 3 eject buttons, and pick up all items in the map.

This will require a certain map, while im not sure what, this will need a specific map for maximum speed thats has the most amount of possible.
You will need as many items as possible, as close as they can be apart.
However, all the items cannot be collected at once, since out of all the speed boosts here, tisha's speed lasts the shortest.
So you only have a very small duration of time before you lose all of this speed and lose it all, since items dont respawn, u need to go through floors over and over again, not to mention a map like what i mentioned is only obtainable on floor 10 or higher.
Then, and only then, you become the fastest you can be in dandy's world.
me and my siblings did something similar once! it was just us three w vanity mirror and alarm but when we completed all 4 machines at the same time, it got CRAZY. one of my brothers accidentally no-clipped through a wall, thats how fast we were going.
a small correction, it is actually faster with boxes of chocolates because those are percentage increases, meaning it will stack ontop of the tisha, and machine boosts. the eject button is amount increases, which means it will only increase by a certain amount instead of stacking ontop of them so instead of having an eject button, a box of chocolates and a speed candy, you probably just want all three slots to be boxes of chocolates or 1 eject and 2 boxes
edit, for the slowness, you could also make it slower involving twisteds. using that trinket while on a finn or rodger floor you can get the slow 3 effect which will darastically lower your speed, tho this cannot be stacked ontop of eachother [ finn slowness + rodger slowness] and if you stack the water cooler trinket on that, it makes him even slower
1 pebble, vanity mirror, pink bow, panic mode, sprinting, 7 tisha, 3 eject buttons is the key
fast: poppy and looey trinkets can make you fast toon is: tisha is a fast toon
Finn, Vanity Mirror + Alarm, 3 Eject Buttons, 8 completed machines at the same time (late game where there's more machines)

Finn with 8 machines completed at the same time with tishas, all tishas boost, 3 eject buttons, sprinting = running into walls in milliseconds
I know some better,:
Use pebble
Use 3 box of chocolates/eject buttons
Equip the trinkets “ribbon spool” and “lucky coin”
Also have 7 tishas to boost you.
now..one thing is this is REALLY hard. why?
so you need to get the walk and run speed multiplier, along with an even floor
ribbon spool gives 10% walk and run speed on even floors
and rhe lucky coin speed multiplier gives you 17% walk and run speed.
so if we add altogether with those, you’re trinkets are gonna give you a 27% walk and run speed multiplier boost.
Or, you can use lucky coin + vanity mirror OR vanity mirror + alarm OR ribbon spool + vanity mirror ORRR vanity mirror + lucky coin
on top of that, you can also use finn.
Have all of the machines primed on the floor, and make sure you can get them done as fast as possible.
and then use trinkets and have 7 tishas boost you
and use items.
You can go even slower when you finish a machine with twisted Finn on the same level and/or when you open a capsule with twisted Rodger in it
I recommend this:
4 max extraction speed toons, 3 tishas, 3 eject buttons, and vanity mirror and alarm, Ill explain
The 4 max extractors could finish 4 machines on the same time, thus, The 3 tishas could stand around finn and wait for the machines to finish on the same time then use the abillity, The trinkets and 3 eject buttons will also take place for the speed
The fastest you can go is 7 tishas one finn, vanity+ dog bone, be at floor 15 for 8 machines, and three eject buttons. You want to complete 8 machines at the same time, and boost finn, the use the 3 eject buttons, and pick up all items in the map.

0:35 you forgot that water cooler also makes u 5% slower! so that makes it 15% slowness the fastest you can get is actually Finn with 1/8 machines and 7 get completed then 3 eject buttons and mirror trinket and alarm

Fastes to become: be finn 7 tishas, 3 ejects complete, all 4 machines at once, equip mirror and eject, sprint. Now you have a sugar rushed fish bowl whose took leg day very seriously.
I was once using Finn in a long run, then on like floor 8, 4 machines burst completed out of nowhere i legit went so fast i kept hitting boxes, and i went through a massive room in less than a second😭

For the slowest toon, the cooler removes 5% movement speed, making the toon even slower!
Sprout also has 4 star movement!!- + the trinket: pink bow also helps.

You could get even slower actually. If we get our shrimpo to open a Rodger capsule, it will give him the slowness effect, causing him to be moving like a rock
