So grateful for NLU showing off my home club Lonsdale Links. My dad was head green keeper when I was a child. My first house being on the course, ironically now where the maintenance shed is next to the 9th tee. I’ve been a member my whole life and was on the redevelop board from 2010-20. To see the great visuals and hear how much you and Solly loved the course makes all the toil through the hard years of being broke worth it. Thanks for making the trip.
These guys need more subs. Crazy that these guys dont get as many views as they should have. Such a great blend of course vlog and travel vlog, mixed with a polished relaxed vibe, with a hint of education. These guys are dope. Keep killing it boys.
That hint of education shows massively. They aren't like every other youtuber, that's a good golfer, who just picks up a camera. They actually create art with golf as the theme. Shows in the production value, music(shout out Mrs. Pie), interviews, and humor all while looking like a trip with your buddies. They always leave me wanting more content.
Id imagine a lot of the nesters watch on through the NLU platform as opposed to youtube so there’s probably a large portion of their views and subs. But i agree quite astonishing
These guys are what Kat Williams was talking about. Total plants. 153k subs in 5 years, yet somehow they travel all over the world and support what… 3 people full time as well as other contributors…? I say this in half jest. I really like these guys, except DJ, the lovable cornball who borrows everyone else’s content.
@@blakebarone1809professional yapper. These trips are sponsored by larger companies. Also this YT channel is just a leg of their brand. I believe these guys don’t have the subscribers because there form of content isn’t popular in general. People want short form content with cheap dopamine hits.
Made the trip to Lonsdale today after seeing this video. It's everything you said it to be and more. I've never had more fun playing golf, thank you so much for highlighting it!
I’m lucky enough to live in Melburn/bin/born - am a very average golfer and Lonsdale Links is the most fun course I have played from all the countries I’ve been, and I reckon I could play 16 over and over again for days, so cool. You could do a whole episode on public access courses in Victoria that would blow your mind without playing a single sandbelt course - we don’t appreciate how good we have it here so thanks for spreading the message!
Tourist Sauce - Michigan was appointment voewing for me. Having to catch up on this one, I realize this is more than a TH-cam video. It's truly an artful documentary and a love-letter to golf. Thanks, NLU!
NLU has got to be the most underrated, legit golf channel to date! Tourist Sauce is such an amazing collection of bucket list items for so many in the world of golf and they do it better than most!!
Neil sowing while walking on the front: "Haha, this is awesome! This is going to benefit me so much later in the comp." Neil reaping while walking on the back: "Well this sucks. I wish I wasn't carrying this stupid bag."
Man love this channel been watching sense the first still the only youtube channel I've never skipped a second. Ps I'm super jealous of these golf trips with your buddy's none of my friends play golf so never experience this lol
I just spent a week in Melbourne Played Victoria GC, Royal Melbourne, Kingston Heath, Portsea Theres no city in the world where you can play 3-4 courses in the world top 100 within 10km of each other. The hospitality at each golf club was also memorable. Favourite holes? The sequence 10-14 at Victoria -plus all the par 3’s are really tough tests of golf. The sequence 2-4 at Royal Melbourne east, plus the 16th Kingston Heath 16th and 17th ( parred both!) Best week of golf i’ve ever had.
I dont know if I've just watched too many Strapped episodes but as soon as I saw the ball bounce off the sprinler head I heard DJ and Randy's "Sick!" In my head just in time with the actual audio.
In season 1 it blew my mind that Soly could figure out how to flex, not sure if its comforting or concerning that Randy couldn't either... Amazing stuff as always.
It felt like the strapped boys (including DJ) where on their own trip away from the parents (Soly and TC). Whenever the groups break up like this it feels like they are unsupervised kids breaking the rules. Also I want to hear a whole round footage of Soly narrating his shots
Hey NLU Team. Love the content, the vibes....everything you guys do. Some sharing of an opinion on this season's Tourist Sauce. DJ, a couple of times you refer back to Season 1 in a bit of jest...back when we were flexing like Kangaroos and recording on iphones...and I, for one, am preferring Season 1 over this season. Why? There was a 'raw-ness' you describe that was very appealing. A true discovery of something new. This season seems to be more of a celebration of the relationships you all have built and where that has gotten you. And, to be clear, there isn't anything wrong with that. The only reason I bring this up is 1) is that your intent and 2) if not, I'd love a future season to reflect back to the earlier seasons that were more about discovery and 'newness'. Listen, I'm one guy so you can tell me to screw off and I will and will gladly keep watching and consuming all you're putting out.....but...in the case that you are reading and thinking along these lines, then great! Thanks again for all you do online...lol.
I think it just feels that way bc it’s a place they’ve gone before so naturally it’s sort of a reflection on how far they’ve come since. Next time they do a trip to a place they haven’t been before I think that sense of discovery will be more pronounced.
Tron walking up the edge of the fairway, with a complete disregard for his safety by being firmly in shanksville territory as Soly explains every last iota of his shot is exactly what i do on the back 9 of member competitions after my playing partners barely break 50 for the front 9. It hits me or it doesn't, it's a 50/50 chance.
Soly commentating his entire plan for the shot with Tron standing there thinking “who the f does this guy think he is” can’t not remind me of Bryson and Brooks…
If soly sounded like the driver in season one, then listening to the breakdown of his shots during the round wouldve actually made for some enjoyable content
Has there been any efforting to get Bryson on the pod to explain the physics behind Golf Daddy’s ejection on number 10 at St Andrews beach? #terminalvelocity
It's a credit to whomever edited this video that they were able to cut enough instances of TC saying "it's a credit to..." that we were only left with four or five....
Soly learning it's an affordable public course and showing up in the sweatpants/basketball shorts combo is the most c-suite thing ever
Kinda guy that shows up at the rec center like “You kiddos playing some b-ball?”
Undercover boss vibes.

“This might be the center of the rub of the green maze” is a Neil all timer.
So funny
Soly sounds like Jordan Spieth drank 6 cups of Stone Creek Coffee before he teed off! Tron with the full Grellar experience
No shit!

Neil going from “the kid” to “golf daddy” is quite the come up.
I refuse to let Randy's "I want to shake your hand" reference go unacknowledged by the comment section.
Made the trip to Lonsdale today after seeing this video. It's everything you said it to be and more. I've never had more fun playing golf, thank you so much for highlighting it!
"Slopes have two sides" and "I'll have a 4doako" sum up DJ and Neil perfectly.
You guys have the best job in the world. Lotsa hard work, but man, what a way to make a living. Kudos.
First class as always - Felt like another 2 hour Augusta pod recap from Soly on every shot.....

Very cool of Big to break out the City Connect uniform for St Andrews
If this was strapped, the Icarito music would’ve kicked in the exact moment that ball made contact with the sprinkler head
The cut between Soly talking through his shot and TC explaining Soly talking through his shot was fantastic 😂
My provisional is a number #14 and says "Neil" 😂
C'Suite vs the Strapped crew, very nice! Gotta say, taking the ferry is a total C'Suite move...surprised they didn't have a private cabin.
NLU has got to be the most underrated, legit golf channel to date! Tourist Sauce is such an amazing collection of bucket list items for so many in the world of golf and they do it better than most!!

As a member of lonsdale it’s awesome to hear you guys liked it.
i binged the 3 episodes today in my theatre room. you guys are really the best on youtube. hope you keep the content coming!
It may have taken matching arm sleeves, but the big and small boys made Daddy dish out some heartfelt compliments... IYKYK.
Love the Jambo Juice reference to the fellow Titleist boys at chasing scratch
So cool to see you guys in Melb, wish I'd bumped into you! Would love to see an Aussie strapped series!
Did I catch a We Ko Pa reference in there?.. and yes, that is Sweetens in my profile picture. A convenient 2 hour drive from ATL.
The coquetish hip jut from DJ at 8:50 is giving me life...
solid flex from Soly with the RM logo towel at Lonsdale links💪
Good to see the boys playing a proper comp and hitting cups
Love those rectangular greens
Hole 11 is sick!!! It what always ichirito for the win 🏆
Soly “I’ll take that one” is just a not so subtle humble brag of “that was sick”
Man love this channel been watching sense the first still the only youtube channel I've never skipped a second. Ps I'm super jealous of these golf trips with your buddy's none of my friends play golf so never experience this lol

The sequence 2-4 at Royal Melbourne east, plus the 16th
Kingston Heath 16th and 17th ( parred both!)
Best week of golf i’ve ever had.
A great time had by all in Melbourne (Mālbin). Heaters ripped and coffees consumed.
Looks like Soly has adopted the Jordan Spieth-Michael Greller shot talk-through. Sad!
Wholesome ❤
I dont know if I've just watched too many Strapped episodes but as soon as I saw the ball bounce off the sprinler head I heard DJ and Randy's "Sick!" In my head just in time with the actual audio.
Is Neil the new “Big Golfer”….dude looks like a unit
Another enjoyable vid.
Soly auditioning for good good as he steps over each shot
The C-Suite skipping the exclusive but brilliant Barwon Heads was a plot twist I didn't see coming.
Randy kangaroo flexes like a toddler refusing to put a jacket on
Watching Neil and Randy struggle understanding how Aldi’s carts work made me want to throw an actual quarter at the screen
DJ looking positively umpire-esque. Wanna see the guys start calling him Blue
Of COURSE strapped boy Neil drops a Four Loko reference, big cans!!
soly finished 9th out of 64 people in the comp at lonnie, tc 57th😔
Grew up calling them stick putts, sickest content as usual NLU
Was this Soly’s audition for the NBC analyst spot?
Soly's commentary is exhausting.
St. Andrews Beach really reminds me of The Loop, another Doak course
Neil- you looked like a Treadstone Operative this episode!
The kid became the Dad and he is still the one taking 70 yard rebounds off sprinkler heads. Long live the kid 🙏😊
DJ is gonna end up on a watch list with that stache...
the list of fuckin' daddys
He will not be allowed to celebrate Halloween
Best season yet!
Soly's 'fit down at Lonny Links - beautiful kit. Want.
In season 1 it blew my mind that Soly could figure out how to flex, not sure if its comforting or concerning that Randy couldn't either... Amazing stuff as always.
Soly's after my heart with a mid-round shorts change
The sprinkler head just overcorrected for years of Icarito air mails
Golf daddy walking around with 'ill turn this car around!' energy made the malfeasance-boys comment all the better
Is Soly the new Jordan Spieth talking thru his shot process explanation?
T's and P's for the Portsea Pitch and Putt Posse, ✌️
You know the moment is good when DJ does the laugh that sounds like it came from a World War 1 dogfight. The Red Baron Rejection
After Soly seeing Lonsdale, the boys need to build a No Laying Up course just like it stateside. 👀
WHAT is UP GUYS! remember to smash that like button!
It felt like the strapped boys (including DJ) where on their own trip away from the parents (Soly and TC). Whenever the groups break up like this it feels like they are unsupervised kids breaking the rules.
Also I want to hear a whole round footage of Soly narrating his shots
Also the “muchacho ball” is something I’m implementing into my vocabulary
Sick
Roger has been upgraded to Rog after that episode. Cheers!
Universal Soly translator for the round, e.g. @ 31:21 - “I’m gonna do what’s called a Pro Gamer Move.”
Mammoth Dunes vibes from St. Andrews Links
I've watched that first shot like 10 times.
Soly posing for a bushwhacker is the most TH-cam golfer thing I’ve ever seen
Changing from joggers to shorts was the key for Soly to get a pulley.
DJ's four word review: The hills have eyes.
"Daddy's had a midlife crisis. -Neil"
-DJ
-Many viewers of this video in 2034
Neil rippin heaters....fatherhood comes at you quick eh? Hahaha

That sprinkler head was loitering

Sprinkler heads are undefeated
Where did TC get that jumper / fleece from?
Big Randy brought the boom stick
Played all 3 ...but i live in Melbourne 🎉😁
Neil’s Son giving him the Neal Shipley side eye after seeing that performance as a “Daddy”
It's always tough when a son blows by dad for an uncontested layup for the first time
Ala Captain Phillips, that sprinkler head told Neil to look him dead in the eyes and said, “I’m the golf daddy now”
The Kid: Airmailing greens constantly
The Golf Daddy: Finding every possible way to stay below the hole
We have a winner! Email proshop@nolayingup.com for your prize
I wish you guys would not take God's name in vain but otherwise I love your content. The power of friendship.
Soly commentating his entire plan for the shot with Tron standing there thinking “who the f does this guy think he is” can’t not remind me of Bryson and Brooks…
I need Soly's shoes from this video.
If soly sounded like the driver in season one, then listening to the breakdown of his shots during the round wouldve actually made for some enjoyable content
Make sure to Smash GC that like button as hard as Neil’s ball hit that sprinkler head
And a compliment
Playing with soly would be the worst 😂
Neil looking like he smuggled a couple hammhocks into Australia
Did someone do the honorable thing and take scissors to Soly’s joggers mid-round? ✂️
Has there been any efforting to get Bryson on the pod to explain the physics behind Golf Daddy’s ejection on number 10 at St Andrews beach? #terminalvelocity
the golf looks incredible and love the series, but 6 ads in 30 min is…. not it
My beautiful boy Rog is now Neils incredible son Roger Schuster.
It's a credit to whomever edited this video that they were able to cut enough instances of TC saying "it's a credit to..." that we were only left with four or five....
