VILLAGE KOREA JAPAN EUROPE TOURISM HARAU VALLEEN WEST SUMATRA

Hello guys, see you again with the Family Traveling channel. This time we will visit interesting tourist attractions in the Harau Valley, Payakumbuh
Harau Valley is one of West Sumatra's mainstay destinations, located in Fifty Cities District. Harau Valley is famous for the charm of its high cliffs and waterfalls that fall directly from the top of the high cliffs.
The distance is about 16 KM from the city of Payakumbuh and is usually taken in approximately 29 minutes or about half an hour with a normal car speed, while from the city of Padang it is approximately 141 km. For those who depart from the city of Padang, it is recommended to use a rental car because so far there is no public transportation that reaches the Harau Valley. Public transportation only reaches Payakumbuh or Tanjung Pati, then the journey continues by taking a motorcycle taxi which of course will take a lot of time and cost.
To enter Sarosah Village, you will be charged Rp. 5,000, while entering the European village will be charged Rp. 20,000 and entering the Korean-Japanese Village will be charged Rp. 20,000. Operational time is 09.00-17.00 WIB except Saturday and Sunday, open at 08.00-17.00 WIB
In addition to the distinctive natural feel, there is a family tourist attraction. The tourist attraction is called the Euro-Korea-Japan Village which is a miniature building and the atmosphere is made like being in a European and East Asian country. This has become a magnet for visitors to capture it by taking pictures.
This Korean-Japanese European village is more precisely located in the Sarosah Village tourist attraction complex. To find this place is not so difficult because the signs are at the intersection.
The vehicle parking area is quite large, it can accommodate a large number of four-wheeled vehicles, buses, and motorcycles. Visitors are not charged a parking fee.
Feel like in Korea-Japan
Inside the Korean-Japanese village area, there are traditional Japanese-style houses. Next there is a small pond equipped with a bridge over it. This bridge is the most sought after photo spot by visitors because it can take pictures with traditional Korean-Japanese houses in the background plus the towering Harau Valley cliffs behind it.
Other ornaments like in Sakura Country in the form of alleys and artificial Sakura trees that are white and yellow add to the atmosphere that is more integrated with the original. The garden section is arranged with the Zen Garden concept that is characteristic of Japanese gardens
There is also a Korean village here, guys, it is one of the thematic villages offered by this tourist park. Visitors can enjoy the typical rural atmosphere in Korea. Korean villages are arranged like a complex with a typical Korean house facade.
Souvenirs and Lodging
In the Korean-Japanese village there are also shops selling food in the form of bread or cakes and drinks whose prices are still reasonable. There is also a shop selling various accessories such as bracelets, glasses, and souvenirs.
For those who want to stay around the location, there is no need to bother looking for lodging. Around the Korean-Japanese Village there are several inns.
Among them are Homestay Dangau Pitosa at a rate of IDR 350,000 per night, Roemah Abdoe café and Homestay at a rate of IDR 400,000 per night and Novi Homestay at a rate of IDR 350,000 per night.
The distance from the inn to the Korean-Japanese village is very close, it can be reached by walking about 5 to 10 minutes. One of the bonuses of staying in the Harau Valley area is being able to enjoy the atmosphere of a village in the middle of a valley with cool air.
Secret Garden
After entering the Japanese-Korean Village area and the snack center, we will see the words Secret Garden on the wall of the small counter. Beside it was a gate with a large door made of plank. From the outside, it does not reflect that there is a garden inside. Maybe that's what the secret garden is all about. There are several photo spots and places to rest to unwind, filled with flowers of various shapes and colors. For those of you who are also hit by flower fever, it's also suitable to go there to wash your eyes while on vacation with family.
European Village
As the name implies, this tourist area has many famous European nuanced buildings. Some of the replicas of European icons that are present here are the French Eiffel tower, the Dutch Windmill, the Italian Tower of Pisa, Big Ben and England's Stonehenge, as well as typical European buildings.
