    Why the cock action of the hands? Offensive linemen have to be efficient as possible and cocking your hands is time lost against a defender which results in late hands. Other than that this is a damn good video.

      I agree Dan Levin DL will have a field day with late hands. Also, cocking can make you too heavy handed

    not getting point of exercise player not really bring hands back during a game this is an exaggerated motion to teach hands during a live game you will always move faster and you will make smaller movements. if you train smaller motion of hand then during the game there would be no hand power
