I'm studying Sport at university and have to do an Impro-part for my dance class. I have never really danced before but we have to use three *special* moves to catch the profs attention in our exam. Guess who is now going to have five *special* moves!

@@anikamichella3112 It was my first practical exam so I kinda blacked out and forgot everything I had planned to do, but it still went decently well. I got a German 2.0 which is (according to google) roughly between 80-90% or an A/B in the American grading system or a upper second class grade in the UK. So I'm satisfied with the outcome ☺️

Most helpful video ever because it actually has a person who can't do it end up doing it, it makes me actually know I will be able to do it too. I've wat he'd so many different videos and then not have certain muscles to actually be able to do it. Thanks so much cause this is form my movement class that I have to make a 5min solo for.

How do you modify for knee pain
For knee pain I don’t recommend doing the 5th move because if you don’t have the right experience or haven’t grasped the movement well enough yet then It can be harsh on the knee.
