Thanks for the link. I have a Eberspächer X2 heater and the glow plug is dead and new Beru 163 type glowplug costs about 180 euros so I'm looking cheaper option for that. I have a Poclain MC 100 L excavator and I thought if the X2 could be installed on the Poclain.
Not sure Im much help. Quick googling and some places seems to list the Beru 163 at like half that price but most places also list it as not available. And what is listed as a GF163 seems to be a 12V glow plug. Im all for finding cheaper alternatives but sometimes you might have to part with some money to keep the old machines alive also =) Good luck!

Can you check what is the type of the heater glow plug and the heater itself?
