So the reason why some look disgusted is because in this world if you quirkless you are worth less than dirt. We see this a little with Midoriya at the begin of the show. So in theory the opinions of most people is that quirkless people are a disgusting, some may even think of them as not human. I never will understand why Endeavor is always acted out like a full-on monster in these videos.
