How much did your puppy cost you? I want to get a samoyed puppy within the next few years.

Samoyeds from breeders and adoption usually cost 500$ and up.
Some may cost more if you have to make them travel, so perhaps another 500$.
You can always look up Samoyed rescues online from whatever country you are. If you are from Vietnam, look up "Samoyed rescues Vietnam" or breeders.
Always check with breeders and rescues for their vaccines certificate, if they have been dewormed and so on.
If you are planning to get one from a breeders try asking as many question as possible.
Is this dog used to company and sociable?
Can I meet the parents? (To see their behavior)
Can i look at the rest of the puppies?
So on.
I followed most of this, did a lot of researched and volunteered with shelters to get taught on how to properly train doggies because Sammies can be quite energetic but now I have an adorable pooch! And well behaved boy at that.

It can be pricey saying this from an owners and students view... so save up if you need to and try to get things like cage, toys and such before your doggies gets home.
I just gotta say, Samoyeds are not guard dogs. Theyre not supposed to be, which is ofc nothing wrong with, but also good to know. They were mainly used for herding, hunting and as sled-dogs in the past and of those traits, probably the instinct to pull is the one thats most left of today. Unfortunately like with all dogs, show priority has made the working abilities fade over time (ofc that doesnt mean Samoyeds are dull or inactive dogs, not at all!).
Quite true Great with children but in addition the samoyed brought the dogs in at night to baby sit and keep family warm. If you are ever lucky enough to get mitterns , or a scarf or even a sweater made of sammy fur you alread known how warm they are.
no not hunting they make a poor hunting dogs just because they got a big prey drive doesnt mean they are good hunting dogs... they are sled dogs nomadic dogs great for a warm comfy pillow :)

When you said that Miko trades her toys for your laundry I literally laughed out loud. That's just adorable, and so smart! I've never owned a dog but have always wanted a Samoyed :)
The first few times I found toys in the laundry I was SO confused! She really is a silly pup!

I remember having a Semoyed as a kid named Cody. I was so fascinated with this big fluffy adorable ground cloud. As I grew older, he was my most loyal companion. It's just a shame he passed when I was at school in middle school. But nonetheless I will always love this breed of dog and most certainly have another one

Haha, just like Huskies. Smart as hell, but so independent that they decide if listening benefits them or not. I like the name Meeko, sounds very similar to my huskies name, Nikko.

Our Samoyed is also a Crush baby from White Magic Samoyed! She was born on September 7, 2014. Best temperment - such a sweet girl! You are right - fun and smart - and so gentle with friends and family. We also love BarkBox. Great toys!! I don't think I could manage 2 Sammy's - but I'm sure our girl would love it! Your girls are beautiful.

But Im having a super bad alergy of Samoyed Hair. Its sheeds a lot. Even the fur can be everywhere.
1. Samoyed shreeds a lot. I swear A LOT
2. Even only the fur that stick on my clothes, can make me cough for hours
3. Everytime i bring him inside our room, i will coughing untill my chest hurt
Suggestion
1. Please make sure you check the samoyed fur, bringing them with you for 7-10days
2. If you alergic, then samoyed not fit you
3. Check which alergan that makes you alergic.
Is it the fur? Saliva? Or dan?

Your dogs are beautiful. I was watching some Samoyed videos and I came across your video. I was surprised to hear that both of your dogs are from white magic samoyeds, as are both of mine. I feel that White Magic is a smaller company but since Samoyeds are not the most common breed, I have come across a few other people who have samoyeds from there. :)
what a sweet video! our 3 sammies looked after me as a baby too. I look forward to being able to have some again in the future . We've had 5 over the years, altho now we have a single ausie shepard mix we rescued. When I get my own place I hope to rescue a sammie or a sammie mix. most of our sammies were show quality and wonderful dogs but our sammie/ german shep mix was so much healthier. although she was also the first dog to outsmart us, which made things interesting xD
I definitely want a Husky in the future and I keep thinking: what kind of dog would I pair with it? I thought of many breeds and was thinking about appearance and attitude among other things. Then I was looking through Dogs 101 and came across Samoyeds. They are so cute and the white color suits them, they are really friendly, and a good family dog! I knew they would be a good fit for the future me and my future animals. Thank you for reinforcing my decision and I think they will go well with a Husky! :3

i got bit by a samoyed when i was young, it said friendly with kids at the pound so I was told i could pet it. Poor thing was probably scared but an employee saw what happened and put it down. I still love samoyeds and have always wanted one!

I've had 2 wonderful samoyeds for years. They really are amazing dogs, but they do require maintenance. They need a boat-load of love. They really are love based dogs. If you're gone all day then they are not the dogs for you. If you are home for a while, then they are awesome dogs. They will cuddle, and they really don't bite. They actually never bite, except a "play" bite when having fun, which isn't even enough to hurt

Nothing major. You only need to give more budget for their foods.. lol
Syd Fitz I feel like having two dogs are always better than one, bc mentally your dog becomes happy, and overall becomes more behaved.... just make sure if you do that, to try to keep them at opposite sexes, and close to the same age.... having two males at different ages can become monstrous considering how dogs testosterone levels peak around two years old.... may become a problem if your other male is older, basically I say the same age, bc mentally they are together, you wouldn't want a four year old playing with a fifteen year old? Lol.... anyhow, my French mastiff was disruptive and destroyed my house when we went to work ( I don't believe in dog cages, plus I bought her for protection, well one aspect anyhow) well, that all stopped after I bought my pity bull.... they lived happily ever after, and I could tell they were very happy dogs we were one big happy family, just note however, that dogs learn best from other dogs, so I don't suggest getting another dog until the one you have, your comfortable with and it's mostly trained.... hope this helps!! Just compare it with one kid oppose to two, two kids are happier together ham one child, meaning young children not older..... dogs want a playmate that has the same interests and stamina as them😍
Cons:
* Twice the grooming time (for those breeds that demand it)
* Twice the upkeep cost.
* Almost twice the time you need to put into making sure the dogs have enough physical and mental "work" to do. The fact that they have eachother means its not really twice the time needed, but not that far from it anyways. You will need to train both dogs as opposed to one.
* More hassle to walk two dogs as opposed to one.
* Potential brawls.
Pros:
* They get alot out of playing with eachother. Company.
* Fun.
* An older dog can help raise a younger dog, teach it manners and how to behave.
* Two samoyeds means youll have two dogs in your dogsled team.
I got a second dog yesterday! Another rescue like the first, but He's a Rottweiler/German shepherd mix! 3 months old and the sweetest thing! Thanks for the input!

You shouldn't hug or hold dogs for long. They get stressed - for example Mico, the one year old looks very stressed (licking, panting, squinting, avoiding).

This was one of the first videos I had filmed and I was still getting used to the camera, what you see is me being nervous, and so I affected the pups. However, both of my fluffs love to be held- they try to climb into my lap when I'm working, sleeping, hanging out all the time! They just want to be loved on :)
