Try to find the folder in PPSSPP in which you extracted the file. If you still facing issue, tell me name of the folder in which you extracted the file and send screenshot to sp335611@gmail.com

Try downloading PSP game files from CdRomance website
it didn't help, because my games are already in ISO and they run normally on the computer, only on the TV Box that doesn't
