I watched my brother die in a boating accident when I was nine, and my mom was cheating on my dad with the guy that was driving the boat.
After that my family fell apart and i was abused for years.
I got into my bodybuilding so I could channel my rage into my training, and use my anger as fuel for self improvement rather than using it as an excuse to remain complacent.
Well said i respect you for sharing with us 👍i did the same my fucking father physically and mentally abused me and disable mom when i grew up i wanted to beat the fuck out of him my mom told me not to leave it to God so playing football and then bodybuilding save me from doing something i might regret later in life still training hard it's my therapy to cope with the abuse me and mom went through so my Keep doing what you love 💯 persent Peace besafe 🤗👍✌️bro ❤️🦁👑

I think all of us that train hardcore, whether professional or not, are doing it because of some kind of trauma. I had my share myself. I was S.A at 3 years old, Never had therapy, the gym is my therapy.
