That's just how Beast people are on their culture, first he single-handedly defeated them and then when he kept them there for the whole day and they end up peeing themselves and they had no food for the day he pretty much stablished himself as the alpha male so that's why they're calling him boss now, it's just how Beast people are on hierarchy. Stripping a person naked and dousing them with water it's more of a punishment for them if I understand that correctly.
Pursena was filling her lungs to howl and disorient/knock them, that's why Rudy ordered to go after her and threw a dry lump of clay that broke into dust effectively stopping her because she would choke with so much dust. Also, they start calling Rudeus "Boss" because like with an unruly pet after doing something bad they are tied and left alone without food they don't want to be thrown out of the pack, so they bow down understanding they are to respect the leader.
Julie's gonna grow to be one of those girls who has a really funky side because the men who cared for her are very talented but are kinda nutz 😂 Maybe like Megumin 😅
