It was unfortunate you missed your flight but what an incredible life lesson to learn. I used to be chronically late and it used to drive a lot of people in my life crazy. Finally someone asked me why I thought I was so much more important than everyone else. Of course I was shocked and immediately denied such a crazy notion. Then they explained that everyone has a long list of things to do but they put those things on hold to get ready and be somewhere at the appointed time. Every time you make people wait on you, you are telling them it’s okay for them to ignore all the things they could be doing to just sit there and wait for you to arrive whenever you can bother to grace them with your presence. Since that rude awakening, I am now always 10-15 minutes early so no one ever has to wait on me! It really hurt my feelings to think my friends and family might think so poorly of me or that I was thinking I was much too important to give the consideration due them and their time. What a wake up call! Let’s hope none of your friends or family take off without you... like that plane! A big woo Hoo to all the airport dad attitudes! Always better to be too early than too late, as too late misses out on a lot of joy in life!

There’s nothing you can do now that you missed the flight, so beating yourself about it is not useful, instead there’s something to learn, living on the edge (when it comes to flying) is maybe not the way to go, try to make it at least 1.5 hrs to have peace of mind

Public speaking has been difficult for you. I remember the vlog you did for your parents anniversary a few years ago. It was so cute at the end of your speech you were in distress calling for your mom. Maybe try practicing your speech in front of your vlog camera. Then when you actually give the speech just pretend your still in front of your camera. Just a thought.
