What happened to the other driver? Why is there no mention of that? This is terribly sad to have someone so young taken so violently but it would be nice to hear the whole story. Condolences to the family. It is very hard to bury one's child.
Bad reporting, was the perpetrator having a medical or mechanical emergency was it a elderly person did drugs or alcohol play a factor. I suspect it may have been a undocumented citizen.

I was going out to eat and my dad pulled over and helped get her out the car but it was too late condolences to her and her family
