@@sheikhsajad1975 if felt kashmir was good for visiting tourists, but no so for people who were once a part of the state. Deradicalization has worked to some extent, that's why people are raising important issues such as unemployment. Restoration of Original demography is key for the progress of the valley on the whole

Commendable effort dear Barkha especially under challenging conditions. Two attributes stood out in the respondents & people at large in J&K, they are highly confused about the agenda and have very little idea about the utility of Article 370 or it's possibility of being brought back. Through years of deprivation, lack of education and organized brain washing these innocent people are in a perilous economic situation. However they have come to realise that they need fresh faces amongst politicians. NC, PDP or the Congress with their clans are not the way forward. Sincerely hope more & more independent candidates win & a fresh beginning is made for J&K. These people have full right to participate in India's economic growth & the rest of India is with them. 👍🏻

There is a basic reason why it is difficult to solve the unemployment problem in Kashmir. They won't let Hindus live there, so how would companies from mainland India open offices there. You can't have offices staffed only with Muslims or just local Muslims only. So unless this basic issue is addressed, and its a topic nobody wants to discuss, the unemployment issue can't be resolved.

So disappointed that she is not cross questioning and try to make people aware . If nothing was done to the people of J&k where did 14 billion of last budget go ? They dont allow to setup indurstries over there and non kashmiris have right to own a propert over there ? How will they create employment? There economy will depend on tourism , has it not been increased in the past few years ? Many skill development initiatives has been taken , even though there are many backward states in other parts of india .. but still they did focus on J&k , formula racing event , G20 , promoted tourism , chenab bridge , road intiatives, took sports initiatives, health care, central govt schemes etc.. I hear every other day our soliders are getting martyred .. and how ungrateful and gratitude less these people are ? If they arent aware and not well informed, it is medias responsibility to convey the right information and give them the assurance to have a positive outlook and to make them see the change and work towards a progressive nation. I am not saying all is well and good with J&k but i know there is a change . It is the same with the whole country every state is facing many issues, so is with J&K , it is now they are able to speak or ask for their basic necessities, was it possible during the era of stone pelting and slogans of sepratism? Atleast acknowledge and have some gratitude for the good that is been done.

Bahi yahan k main businesses saffron cropping ,dry fruits & apples , bat making, honey harvesting , sheep farming ka hai. Tourism ka khali yahan pe 15 % hi revenue hai.
Rahi baat jobs ki toh suno yahan pe 2019 se 4 baar vacancies Nikki but chaaru mai daandli hui means ek b job nahi mila kisi ko after 2019.higher posts pe bahar k logu ko laye hai .contracts yahan k logu ko chood kar bahar k logu ko diye ja rahe hai whether it is mining or something else .
