Definitely one of the best analog pedals you can own. I have the rackmount version. 😊

Raaaahhhhhh, you have tempted me with this tremendous demo ! I already own an original Sansamp and a Paradriver v2. But what a delight to hear this one in the hand of a master. Cheers from Canada.

Seems like they missed the boat by not putting the effects loop and the XLR out on this PSA 2.0. (as the fly rig 5 has) I'd have bought it and paired it with a multi effects unit in a second if it had those, with the effects unit in the loop. But like this it seems like effects would be forced to be after the speaker/cab emulation, plus then I still appear to need a DI box if I want to run XLR into a mixer. otherwise it seems super cool...So here's a suggestion for Tech 21...make the PSA 3.0.... give it 4 channels instead of 3 so I can run clean, tweed, marshall, Mesa as 4 stompable amps in performance mode, and give it the XLR and an effects loop! I wouldn't mind at all if it was a little larger (front to back and side to side) so I don't risk stomping other buttons when hitting the footswitches.

Love tech 21. I use the gt2 and bass driver di. Might get one of these eventually as they can be used for both guitar and bass.

You know what would be nice? Some sort of a PSA 3.0 which has the analog PSA effects coupled with a DSP for modulations, delays, and reverbs. You don't even need a UI. Make it programmable via Bluetooth / MIDI and only expose a master volume and patch selection footswitches. It could be the "analog gain" alternative to something like a BOSS GT-1000.

Hi. I would like to get a Tech 21 Sans Amp, but not sure if to go with Fly Rid, Character Plus or PSA 2.0 . I looked all over you tube and couldn't find a video that explains the differences and ultimately what are pros/cons of each to guide me which series and which product to go with. It seems there's a lot of overlap. Is it at all possible that you can perhaps reply here with some quick guideline, but also make a video explaining the differences between these series/products and what are the important factors to choose one or another? Thanks so much!!

It’s like comparing apples & oranges & plums! It would actually be more efficient to email us directly to narrow down the best choice for you: info@tech21nyc.com

for 2024, I was oping for the return of the Power Engine, and why not an unit only with modulation / reverb / delay effects ? what is the point of having something this tiny and compact and having to complete the pedalboard with several modulation/time/space pedals ?
