I had done practice of this song for my school performance on ganesh chaturthi.
While the most part of this song is the Aarti of Ganpati written by Shri Ramdas Swami, I dont understand why Mr. Prashant Ingole wants to take credit of being lyricist for just filling in the names of Lord Ganpati.
+gosonugo And he seems to have done quite a poor job at that too. "maha taaj tu" "maheshaaya tu" "ganaadhishaaya moraya" haha I think he was just looking to insert sanskrit-sounding words. Maheshaaya means "to Mahesh". These words make sense in Sanskrit shlokas when they are followed by "namah", "dheemahi" etc meaning "We bow to Mahesha/Ganaadheesha etc".
