Haha we were thinking about the same thing when we first got there, unfortunately in that group of campsites we were staying you would have to take a short hike to get to either the beach facing the ocean or you can walk to the another part of the campground, which is facing the cove.
@@frank_wu318 ah ok! Still close though and that’s still good! We haven’t made our way near there yet.. hard to have to plan so far ahead. Any plans for Labor Day weekend? Seeing the heat wave we have coming makes me glad we didn’t book anything ☺️. Maybe a sunrise hike for us but that’s about it!

If you prefer to be near the water, I would definitely recommend Doran Beach, it could get windy at times, but it’s right on the beach.
