Thank you! Great video! We just purchased a 2016 SL as well and I have one additional benefit. I am short and constantly bothered with sun visors that are not extendable. The visor on the 2016 Rogue actually slides back on its arm to extend the visor and block the back part of the side windows. It was an awesome find!

I don't see any changes from the 2014 Rogue SL that I have. Except now they omitted the automatically leveling headlights and the 4 wheel drive lock. A great, high quality review.

Informative video really! The body paint col looks really nice, I wish I could hv that col here where I live. I hope Nissan will also sell the new/T32 facelift model recently introduced in 2017 Miami motor show. The panoramic-sunroof model has been also expected by some buyers here where I live. I drive the previous Nissan Xtrail (or Rogue), T31 model, boxy model, nice and comfortable. Cheers

I have the 2014 sl premium pkg. Midnight Jade. I'm very prone to buyers remorse, but I took my time to check and test others in this segment. I can honestly say I don't have an ounce of buyers remorse. Its been about 22 months now and I absolutely love this car. 1 thing Ive found when taking off and for hills is turning off the OD is even better than sport mode. I'm convinced if they could somehow cram another 100 HP into the motor,2 outta every 3 cars on the road would be the rogue.

My 2017 slawd has features that this one doesnt have like simulated up n down shifting on the shifter and awd lock button for offroad under 30 mph and my steering wheel buttons n wheel are updated with a better layout n look, also mine has led headlights n yellow tinted fog lights i tinted them of course, and mine has the carbon fiber print with black interior except mine is leather instead of carbon on the panel above the glove box..

Nice review. At quick glance, the new interior styling cues Nissan is now introducing with it's new models, is an obvious copy of Cadillac. The piano black, the prominent vents with aluminum finish, etc. I see it.

I do, and it comes with the premium package on the SL model.
Yes we do like the panoramic moon roof, but it can get a little squeaky at times when it is closed. Anyone else with this problem and is there a solution ?

This is very informative. One of the best demos I have seen. I have couple of questions.
1. Are the outside mirrors heated ?
2. Are the outside mirrors foldable (manual/electronic) ?
Also, I would highly value your opinion on choosing between this and Honda CR-V EX-L or Touring.
2016 Rogue SL w/ Premium package comes with Blind spot detection, Forward Collision breaking etc. Price wise CR-V touring 2WD is around $2000 higher. Touring has all features I mentioned before and additionally comes with Auto-dimming mirror, HomeLink, Memory driver seat and LED accents.
+Raghunadnan Pasula Heated side mirrors are available, but they don't have electronic folding.

my parents recently got the 2016 SL premium for $33,000 total...and I have to say it is worth it...and I was surprised.
Have similar to this one except it's Super Black with Almond inter. Absolutely Luv it best for the money full of luxuries all bells and whistles this is the best vehicle ever. It rides like a Cadillac has all of the options as Mercedes the Rogue styling is beautiful to say it's cheap crossover it's the best bang for buck. Gets great fuel economy much safer ever love the blind spots and other features avail on the Rogue SL with Premium pkg too much be listed.

Do you mind if I ask how does the Rogue handle on bumpy roads/not well paved areas? Against the wind? perhaps snow? Does it hug the road/suspension? Is it fun to drive long distances? Easy to park or do a 3 point turn? I actually find it easier to park my folks BMW X3 when I'm backing in.

+Sara Sar Yes it handles rough roads very well. I driving on country roads all the time u can't tell because of the smooth suspension just hugs the road. I'd go with a Rogue over a Encore it has more for the buck another thing Rogue has excellent turning radius. I do live in a small town everyday go riding on rough country roads even hit bumps still couldn't tell the difference absolutely loving my Rogue. If looking for a SUV recommend the Rogue over the Encore it offers more room space and has better options and features I wud recommend going to a local Nissan dealer test driving and checking it out, hit me help of u decided on purchasing one have a Good evening.
+Sara Sar Yes it has 4 cameras well I am not going to tell let it be a surprise for u yes the Rogue would be a very fun SUV on a trip plenty of room it's definitely peppy. It rides so smooth one thing got too check ur speed if not see blue lights coming behind u (LOL) The Rogue is a good traveling car if have kids they will have enough room as love panoramic moon roof the Rogue is 10x better than buying a Encore believe it's better than RAV4 and CR-V more luxurious in class like a top of the line vehicle.
Ramon Carter ~ Ahh, this absolutely sounds awesome! I've actually had my Nissan Sentra since 1998. It's @ 242K miles and still going without any major problems.
The Rogue definitely sounds like a winner and I'm certainly looking forward to test driving (I just wish the gas tank was on the driver's side like my Sentra is now - teehee). I'm considering buying a 2016 Rogue SL with only 38,000 kilometers. I am thinking real hard, so i'm doing a lot of research online and educating myself fully on this Suv... Price for the one i'm looking at $21,459, which is a Great Price, seeing that the Brand New ones Cost $41,485 Canadian Dollars.
Nice video, I'm looking at a Nissan X-Trail in the UK with the same colour and cream leather interior. Seems the Rogue in the US is identical bar the engine choice.

MrShoub123 $29900 after tax or before? I'm getting a brand new 2016 SL AWD with just 14km for $34900 after taxes. I was able down the price because mine is a fleet cancellation vehicle so only thing I'm losing is like 6 months of warranty because the in service date is in May

7 years ago, I buy a used 16' Nissan Rogue.
Am I the only 2016 Rogue SL owner who finds the headlights blocked by the light surround? Driving on unlit roads, your vision is limited to less than 100 yards. So far Nissan hasn't been able to adjust my lights. Not happy Nissan! I am also having background whirrr noise when I speak while using Bluetooth. Did I get a lemon!??
Take it to your dealership and get them to fix it or replace it.

This rogue in particular was originally released 2007. It’s in 2nd gen edition now atm and it’s one of US top 10 selling vehicle to date due to the spacious interior economical gas mileage and affordability
