    제생각엔 식욕억제제가 다한거같은데
    다시한번 식욕억제제는 각오하고시작하라는걸 강조해주시거나 처방받으신곳은 알려주지않으시는것이 좋지않을까싶네요
    자칫 여럿인생망칩니다;;;
    제가 거기서 오년넘게 약타먹고있습니다
    못끊어여
    끊어보려고 6개월 안먹었다가
    15키로 쪄서 강도제일쎄게 다시먹고있습니다
    잘생각하고 수정해주시는게좋을거같습니다
    효과보시는분들많아서 구독자수올리는거보다 정신병자늘어나면큰일입니다

      fati amor 하.. 지당하신 말씀이십니다 저희 언니 지금 못 끊어요 지켜보는 사람도 속 타요 오히려 그게 중독이 되어서 습관이 되어서 못 끊어요 살도 쪄요!!!! 식욕 억제 ? 하 웃기시네 오래 되니까 들어먹지도 않더라구요

      당연히 병고치는 약 마냥 그것만 믿고 꼬박꼬박 먹어재끼면 그렇죠,, 식욕 정말 왕성하셔서 식단실패 때문에 체중조절안되시는 분들은 식욕억제제 반알부터 시작하셔서 하루에 한알 넘지않는 선에서(점심 반알, 저녁 반알)복용하시고 위가 줄었다 싶으면 복용 중단하시면 됩니다. 경험상 맥시멈 2주정도면 충분합니다. 위가 줄었다 싶었을때 부턴 복용중단하고 그 이후 부터는 본인 역량이에요. 살뺄 생각있으시면 줄인 위로 단백질 위주 식단하시면서 유산소, 근력홈트 병행하셔야하구요. 간혹 야식 못 참으실때 6시 이전으로 반알 섭취하시면 되구요. 위 줄일때도 약 안먹고 참을만 하다 싶으면 굳이 약 안챙겨먹고 건너뛰셔도됩니다. 무슨 감기약 먹듯이 시간 딱딱 맞춰서 본인 판단으로 약 늘리고 최소한의 운동도 없이 먹으면 당연히.. 부작용 없는 약 없어요.

      윤누나 YunNuna 누굴 탓하는 건 아니고 이런경우 저런경우 있다는 걸 말씀드리고 싶으셨던거 같은데요? 다른 경우지만 피부과에서 일할때 유튜브나 인터넷 경로로 해서 로아큐탄 먹으면 여드름 안난다는 말만 듣고 와서 로아큐탄 처방해달라는 사람들 많았어요 부작용이 엄청 큰 약이고 그런 약을 먹을정도의 심한 분들이 아닌데도 부작용은 듣지도 않고 그냥 달라고 .. 그냥 그런 사람들도 있을 수 있으니까 사람들이 많이 보는 유튜브에선 좀 조심하는게 좋지 않을까 싶어서 말씀하신거 같네요 ㅎㅎ !

      의지문제는 시작해봐야 아는거기때문에
      유투버님처럼 또는 모태통통,모태뚱뚱의 경우 더욱 약에 의존하게됩니다 시작하게될경우
      탓을하는게아니라 저는 한명이라도 식욕억제제를 먹지않았으면하는마음에서하는마음에 얘기하는겁니다 한번빼고 끊으면 제일 좋습니다 하지만 두세번 반복하는순간 체질이바뀌고 두세배이상 요요가옵니다 그때는 두세배 운동을해도 일도 그만두고 다이어트만 해야합니다 약중독이 안되보셔서 모르겠지만 생각보다 식욕억제제 먹기시작한사람중에 반이상이 이렇게됩니다.... 거짓말이아닙니다

      fati amor 저도 6-7년 먹어온 사람으로써 찐거같으면 또 먹고 안먹을땐 또 슬슬 찌고 또 급하다 하면 또 처방받아먹고 몸 망가지는거 알면서도 ㅋ 그렇게 살아왔어요
      담배는 끊는게 아니라 참는다고 하잖아요?
      제게 식욕억제제도 그런 존재인거같아요

      Hehe it’s just from my experience but I don’t guarantee that it’s work for all body type, I’m a size Asian L before but now I’m a size small and I never exercise. If u on a healthy diet, u can exercise but I’m on a very unhealthy diet which causes me to have no energy to even walk around a lot.

    주변에 보면 한명씩 먹어도 살이 잘 안찌는 체질을 가진 사람이 먹는걸 보면 난 다이어트해도 살찍까봐 못먹을것같은데 잘먹어서 부럽다는 생각이 듬

    This is so motivating!! I've lost 4kg in a month and I'm now at 63 but i really wanna get to 50-52 by the summer!! This video is proof that hard work and diligence is all i need right now, I'll be joining the pilates sessions at my gym! Although I'll probably do some cardio too every day just so i can eat about 100-200 calories more every day hehe
    UPDATE (MARCH 28TH)
    for the people asking, i'm 163cm/5'4 and im now 59kg!
    about how i did it: i eat a bit more than what is advised in this video and do not fast for entire days, HOWEVER, I do 20:4 intermittent fasting most days (aka i eat every calorie within a 4h window). for the first 3kg i lost after posting this comment (63 -> 60) went to the gym as i planned so i could eat a little more. now i'm on lockdown because of the pandemic and my gym closed so i had to adjust my calories because within the first week of lockdown i gained 1kg because of the lack of exercise and walking rip. i've been keeping my calories down and following the advice from this video and after 2 weeks of doing this, i'm now 59kg! so another 2kg lost hehe
    hoping i can stick to this until the end of the quarantine and come out of my house looking completely different lol

I believe in you. It takes time but no matter how long it is worth it! my cousin ended up having surgery to lose weight and I was SO jealous..at first. but these days I’m happy I took my time. I was 240 lbs and now I’m 163. I’m 5’8 so I am pretty tall, to give perspective. rn I’m in the last of my toning up stage

    이렇게 살 뺀 사람이 식욕억제제 조금이라도 긍정적으로 얘기하는거 위험하다 생각해요ㅠ 매우 부정적으로 생각하는 저 조차 이런거보면 혹함..ㅠㅠ

      마냥 나쁘진 않다고 생각해요.. 기간을 설정해두고 그이후로 유지기간 가지면서 충분히 식습관을 고치면 식욕억제제도 나름 체중감량에 도움이 될수있지않을까 싶습니다 ㅠ 식욕 참기 힘든사람에게는 더더욱요..

      나도 살이 좀 쪘다 싶으면 10년 전부터 식욕억제제 한 달 정도씩 먹었었는데 큰 불편함 없었음.
      그러다 작년에 갑자기 살이 많이 쪄서 4개월 먹다가 끊음.
      꾸준히 먹으니 부작용이 너무 심함.
      지금은 16:8을 기본으로 컨디션이 좋으면 20~25시간 간헐적 단식하는데 약 먹을 때보다 식욕 참기가 더 쉬움.
      일단 짜증이나 우울증 같은 감정 변화가 없으니 다이어트에 더 긍정적이 됨.
      그리고 약 먹었을 땐 잠을 못 자니 수면제를 매일 먹었는데, 이젠 수면제도 안 먹으니 수면의 질도 높아짐.
      확실히 정신적으로 건강해지는 걸 느낌.
      식욕억제제를 먹을 거라면 최대 2달 or 생리 전 식욕 땡길 때만 먹는 걸 추천함.

    I'm gonna lose ~10kg (20 lbs) by simply cutting down my diet a little bit and exercising PERIODT! *Let's finish that quarantine with amazing bodies, girls!* (start: 164 cm (5'4.56) 64 kg (140lbs)) *Thank y'all for supporting me, it really motivates me♡*
    *Week 1* weight: 62.7 kg (137 lb) - I've lost about 1.3 kilos (3 lb) and that's awesome because I didn't cut my diet too much (I ate a lot lol) but I worked out for 30 minutes minimum every day!
    *Week 2* as this week was unexpectedly crazy for me, I'd prefere to cut it out of my "diet calendar" lol ~feeling guilty
    *Week 3* I'm emphasizing on raising my activity. My weight is 60.5 kg
    *Week 4* guys, sometimes I think I'm curses lol. I'm currently in a hotel and can't go out for a week or more. So, I eat hotel food (trying to be picky) and I workout a lot (Cloe Ting and stuff). And I don't know my current weight.
    *Week 6, I guess* since I workout pretty much, my body has definitely changed visually. I am so happy 😊 but my weight is still the same. So, I'll try to eat more wisely

    평생 300칼로리 대 이렇게 절식할거아니면 절대 비추입니다... 나중에 그냥 일반사람이 먹는대로 조금먹는다해도 요요 옵니다 물론 찌기전보더 더 쪄요.. 건강하게먹고 운동하면 그냥 천천히빠져요

      일단 살을 빨리빼려면 저런 방법은 꼭 거쳐야하는 단계중하나에요..ㅋㅋ요요도 다이어트과정중하나고요..극단적식단으로 빼더라도 그 이후 운동량늘려서 근육만들고 식이가 늘어도 예전보다 살 덜찌는 체질되고 그러다가 과식않는이상 체중이 안늘어요 2주동안 8키로로 빼고 유지하는데 몇개월걸리는데 요 몇개월을 견딘다면 요요는 극복할 수 있어요 날씬이가 되려면 겪어야하는 현상중하나라 생각합니다...ㅎ
      남자도 멸치에서 근육잇는 남자로 만들때 일단 벌크업해서 살늘린후에 운동해서 떡대키우거든요.. 마른몸에 운동해봤자 마른근육만 생기고요.. 이런거처럼 날씬한슬랜더몸을 원한다면 저런 절식식단은 거쳐야하는 한 과정이라생각해요

      요요오는이유는 그냥 못먹었던거 한풀이하는거처럼 다이어트끝난날 땅! 하고 엽떡시키고 뿌링클시켜서 먹으니 요요가오죠.. 본인이 다이어트끝낫다고 예전식습관으로 돌아가면 당연히 몸도 예전몸으로 돌아가는건 당연지사.. 다이어트끝나고 유지하는기간까지가 다이어트입니다.ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 단기로 살 쫙빼고 운동하면서 적당히 살찌지않을만큼만 먹으면서 유지하는 그 기간까지 다이어트기간으로 삼으셔야지 초절식으로 다이어트 해서 다 빼놓고 목표이루었다고 옛날처럼먹으면 옛날에 살쪗던거처럼 다시 그몸매로돌아가는겁니다.

      그들이 절식 후 요요를 두려워 하는 이유는 절식을 함에 따라 어느정도 체중이 감량한 뒤 보상심리로 모아두었던 식욕을 폭파시켜 원래 식습관으로 되돌아 가니 그런거임 단기 다이어트는 건강에 안좋은건 맞으나 뺄 목표치를 달성하면 점차 식사량을 늘려가고 단백질 섭취와 함께 운동하면 요요는 충분히 막을 수 있음. 식습관을 바꿔야 사람이 바뀝니다 다이어트는 단기든 장기든 꾸준해야됨

      IU is kind of under weight sis.... 43kg is a little too unhealthy, 47kg-52kg is an ideal for your height.

      Hmm I think her goal weight is relatively fine, since 45kg for her height just falls down on the "mildy thin" category of her BMI. But in contrast to her BMI, we do not know her body type, bone structure, and genetics, so how can we possibly conclude if she does look thin or sickly at 45kg?
      Before anyone starts criticizing me, I am also 5'3" tall. And my ideal weight is about 47 kilos. I've been dieting and exercising for 8 months now. I started from 70kg and now I'm at 53kg. My initial goal was 50kg, which is an ideal weight for my BMI. But since I'm a pear shaped type of gal with really thick thighs and butt, 50 seems not gonna make the cut for me to look slim and fit. So I'll push the loss until I get to 47.

      Well you cannot target fat loss.
      the only way is do your diet stricter than ever...like do not eat excesive calories outside your eating time window.
      And do more cardio. Since you cannot target fat loss, do not focus too much on legs exercises if you dont want muscular legs. Just balance it. Your burn the fat on your face >> then on your body >> then you able to continue on your legs

      i feel like you should do a certain amount of leg exercises and like don’t worry about bulking up because you probably won’t do enough to become “too muscular”

    *I'm 172cm tall and started at 66kg.*
    *Notes:*
    My weight is completely healthy for my height, but I'm doing this to prove myself I can do it!
    66kg was after the start of quarantine, about 30 of march? By the time I'm writing this (5 april) I'm 63.3kg.
    I cant do a lot of exercise because I've never worked out before (other than P. E.) so I'm really weak. What I've been doing is eat less, slower and drink lots of water. I knew we'd get fat with quarantine so I started doing that consciously to prevent gaining weight.
    From today I'm trying to dance some kpop everyday because at least it's fun and I enjoy it.
    *So, updates:*
    30 march: 66kg
    5 april: 63.3kg

      Kanaixx i mean ur lucky I started to diet 2 weeks ago and I’m also doing workouts 1 hour a day and sometimes more but I I lost only 1 kg in 2 weeks (I’m 16, was 66 kg now 65 and 160cm) I wanted to lose the first 6 kg a bit faster and then to 55kg slowly but I think my body doesn’t want to lose sh**s 🙄

      @@ns0907 it depends of what you eat. On evening you shouldn't eat things like bread (it's my example because i'm french), pastas, or rice. Only vegetable and some chicken or eggs. A meal really healthy. I don't eat a lot of calories so 🤷🏻‍♀️

      @@ns0907 Plus, if you are doing a lot of fitness your weight doesn't move that much because muscles are really heavier than fat things... So you should measure your cut, your thigh circumference... Etcera

      김도원 저는 좀 건강에 안좋은 방법으로 뺏는데요 한달동안 10키로 11키로 정도 뺏습니다!
      우선 2주는 하루에 구운계란 3개 먹고 아침 저녁으로 사이클 한시간씩 탔구요 그리고 나머지 2주는 사과랑 옥수수 고구마 한개씩 세끼 먹었어요(사과는 아침 점심에만) 그리고 운동은 저녁에 사이클 한시간 근력운동도 20분씩 해줬어요...정말 한달동안 미친듯이 하니까 나머지 5키로는 그냥 자연스레 빠지더라고요😿

    This video really inspired me so I decided to go on a 3 week diet! I'll update:
    Start: 163 cm 61.7 kg
    Week 1: 59 kg
    Wow I can't believe I've lost 2.7 kg! I don't see much difference on my body but my chin is more sharp.
    Week 2: 57 kg. I hate diets. I just spent the nights starving and watching ramen mukbangs. My boobs kinda shrank.
    Week 3: I barely ate anything cause I'm going to new school which gave me so much anxiety. I am currently 54.1b kg now. I didn't lose weight healthily this week, in a day id eat two healthy snacks and not eat anything after 3pm i had to take anxiety pills but they don't really work ... I feel like puking all the time and have no appetite :(((( I think this is the end of my diet . So in total I've lost 7.6 kg in 3 weeks.

    I'm not fat, per se, but I feel like I have unnecessary fat in a lot of places and I'd really like to lose a lot of weight. My goal weight is 44kg.
    I was 55.6 when I started rapidly losing weight about two months back (I didn't really change my diet or eat less, I just started eating less junk food). Now I'm almost 49.8 (lost about 6kg). And I know it doesn't sound like much to some of you, but I'm really short (158cm, 5'2'') so it feels like a lot of weight for my height.
    I hope that my body will look better when I lose weight because right know I don't really feel body positive😥.

      I weigh 55 kg with the same height as you last year. My weight was fluctuating from 53 to 55 since i only did exercise and no dieting (plus i ate lots of junk food while i exercised). Last January i weighed at 54 kg and I managed to lose 4 kilograms this month. Although dieting is one way to lose weight, i suggest you do HIT workouts, they work really well! If you really want to diet, i suggest you do a healthy one instead of those diets that deprive you off of your favorite foods. Don't forget cheat days! Don't be too strict with yourself. 😁

    건강하게 먹고 운동하는게 가장 모범적인 답이지만 그러면 눈에 보이는게 정말 뎌디기 때문에 의지약한사람들은 금방 포기하고 체질에 따라 그냥 건강한 돼지가 될수있어요 과체중인 사람들은 대부분 근육량도 어느정도 있기 때문에 이렇게 식단으로 근육 지방 다 빼고 운동 시작해서 기초대사량 다시 끌어올리고 유지해주면 됩니다

    i really want to lose weight... i keep having the boomerang effect... like i lose a few kg and then eat normal and it all comes back and even more than before! im really disappointed in myself. i really want to be more healthy. im 164cm and 68kg is my highest. im currently shifting between 65-67kg.... i remember when i hit 60kg i cried so much .-. and now im near 70kg... im so scared. help..?.. any tips on diet? i hate routine of exercising. i think i might join sports. i used to play volleyball in school and i lost alot of weight because of it...im 19 now... i want to go into my 20's this year satisfied with myself C:

      Ari Ni try intermitting fasting, it works for me, i lost about 15kg in 2-3 months

    식욕억제제로 제주변사람들 20키로뺀사람도있고 10키로 뺀사람있는데 진짜 그렇게 악착같이빼고 유지하는인간들보니 나도 할수있겠다 싶어 도전했건만..저녁마다심장뛰고 편도부어버리고 약도 몸에받는사람이있더군여..하지만 약은 비추 입니다 요요 거의 오구요 빼고나서 운동을꾸준히식단관리 안하면 요요가 일반에비해 두배로와요 쉽게빼면 그만하게 다시 돌아옵니다...

    저두 지금 다이어트중이구 현재 8키로가 빠졌는데여 근데 아직 더 빼야되는데 하체를 어떻게 빼셨나요? ㅠㅠ 운동을 지금 한달넘도록 해도 하체는 티가 안나요.... 다른부위 팔이나 배는 많이 티가나는데 하체는 도저히 아무리봐도 빠진 티가안나는데 하체가 빠지는게 보이기 시작한 시기가 언제인지 알려주세여ㅠㅠㅠ

    I'm 173 cm and now 70kg. I train a lot, so it's mostly muscles. I do try to lose weight, I want to get to 64/65 kg in 2 months, so that's about 2.5-3 kg a month

    here is my progress on my diet:
    7/28: 143.2 lbs or 64.9kg
    8/8: 136.4 lbs or 61.9 kg
    i’ll continue to update!
    ok so! i’m 167cm/5’6” and this is my “diet” and here are my weight goals:
    - so i’ve found that weighing myself once most mornings is really helping me keep track and, when i gain weight, i don’t really mind, so i’ve started doing this. it’s also good because i’m able to see trends in my body
    - eat 3, mostly very nutritious, meals a day (but recently i’ve gotten into cooking and so it’s still delicious). the only thing i kind of moderate with what i eat is, say i eat a lot of carbs for breakfast, i’ll eat more fat and protein for lunch, and balanced for dinner. i try to do 40% carbs 30% protein 30% fat, but i’m not tracking since it takes too much effort, i’m just estimating in my head
    - have 1 (optional) snack per day. i basically only eat this snack if i want it, and it has to be ideally under 200 calories but absolutely under 300 (otherwise i try to replace it as a meal). this snack can be anything, why? because i think this allows me to really moderate what i eat soo that i don’t end up restricting and binge eating. if i just know the snack is available if i want it, it gives me so much more control over the situation. so this can be a protein bar, a smoothie, a cookie, a small slice of cheesecake, nuts and cheese, anythinggg.
    - i’m really exercising portion control. in a way, i’m kind of eating 2/3 or half of what i’d normally eat each meal (unless the meal is completely nutritious then it’s fine). but i’m never hungry after i finish eating, i feel satisfied
    - ideally stop eating after 6pm. i’ve generally done this but it’s not a big deal to me if i don’t. i love breakfast so i don’t want to wait to eat it, i tend to eat breakfast anywhere from 7:30am - 11 am depending on when i wake up
    - trying to exercise every day or just be active (ie take walks, randomly do 50 squats, etc). i’m not exercising a ton at the moment, but i intend to implement it more later
    so the only time i’ve found i feel hungry is late at night after dinner. but i’m really trying to limit late night snacking soo i think it’s been good for me. the main point of this diet is to try to eat generally nutritiously (like 80% healthy 20% unhealthy) and limit snacking. no more mindless snacking for me

    Ive lost 15kgs over quarantine so far (33.9lbs in 4-5 months) and now it’s starting to get difficult to stay motivated. I’m 66-67kgs (my height it 5’9) and I started at 81kgs but I need some extra support and motivation!! I want to become comfortable with my body so I can focus on grades as soon as I go back to school, any words of encouragement would be appreciated please!!!

      피부과에서 처방받던데... 그건 최후의수단일때 해야합니다. 약간 몸무게때문에 관절에 무리가 갈정도일때 주더라구요. 주변인 경험담...

      정체기 왔을 때 처음에는 더 안 먹고 더 운동 많이 하는 방법을 택했었는데, 그 방법이 저에게는 맞지 않는 방법이더라구요.
      전 오히려 한 끼정도 가장 먹고 싶은 음식 먹으며 조금 다이어트에 대한 생각을 내려놓고 마음 편히 즐겁게 운동하고 하다보니 천천히 빠졌었어요!
      전 55kg만 돼도 좋겠다! 라고 생각했어서 건강상 문제가 있는 무게가 아니라.. 보통의 체격에서는 천천~히 먹고 싶은거 먹으면서 운동하며 뺐어요ㅎㅎ
      마음 느긋히! ♥️

      12키로 뺐구요 한달에 4키로씩뺐습니다
      다이어트시작하고 일주일정도는
      운동1시간씩 홈트로 했고요 일주일지나고선
      2시간씩이러면서 늘려갔습니당 그리고
      치팅데이는 일주일에 한번씩만 가졌구요
      운동은진짜 아플때 빼곤 매일매일했어요
      밥은 반공기만 먹었구요 저는 다이어트중엔
      라면은 아얘 끊었어요
