He collected written questions from guests at Wednesday's Township Talk but did not give the supervisor my two written questions: 1) Why are FOIA requests being blocked, and 2) Is the public able to view Township credit card statements?
Just keeping us informed about your attempts to report is valuable information for the public to know. Also, telling is what questions need to be asked is helpful. So, while you may think your outlet no longer has a role in reporting about the township, you have a different but still valuable role.

Several mayors in the township say supervisor doesn't play any role in economic development so they have no idea why township residents picked up that bill. Henyard's team has refused to say how all that travel has benefitted the residents.

How did Andrew Holmes become a Trustee on Thornton Township Trustees of Schools? He's one of three trustees that approves the amount of money the township treasurer determines that each school that resides in Thornton Township receives for the school year.
She was appointed so she would get the original salary if she wins. Was that appointment legal? Was she really surprised about the nomination? Her attorney was there with her 🤷♀️

He allegedly purchased properties in Dolton that he houses ex-offenders in; at least he did all of unethical moves covertly. Thornton Township and Dolton Village have the same problems with finances because they share the same person controlling the financial spending -- Tiffany Henyard. 🤔 What a shame. 🤷🏾♀️

File a lawsuit . They have a certain amount of days to answer your FOIA requests by law!! Put Keith freeman on the lawsuit since he took the request
