    I love your videos and I workout almost everyday. I see a difference in how I feelI’ve been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and dyskinesia I also have arthritis.
    I spend much time on a wheelchair and I do the exercises from there.
    Can you Record some videos on sitting position.
