Bill isn't the main villain in TrustVerse, she's just doing what she has to do to keep herself and her lover safe. She doesn't know how to do otherwise, she whish she knew how to stop it, but she's too scared of her fath-boss to stand up to him... She cannot stop this by herself, not in the condition she is, at least...
In case you wished to know:
• Bill doesn't have anything with Dream, she's just doing what she has to do to keep herself and 404 safe from her fathe-boss. Y-yeah, I meant to s-say "boss".
• Bill and 404 have a collar under their scarfs, but it doesn't act the same way as others. Only one is activated at a time, it can be switched with a key but... Bill doesn't want 404 to do it, as she could die, this wouldn't the first time she would get shocked... I stopped counting at 10.
• Bill's eyes are not normally black, as long as she's in control of herself they are white but... "A Cipher never fails", emotions cannot be allowed in this, they are... discartable~
