agree , however, would like to add that Afrikaans has been derived from old Dutch (Nederlands) and NOT INFLUENCED WHATSOEVER FROM OTHER AFRICAN COUNTRIES, but has French, British English and Indonesian. What he also sings, one has to have lived in South Africa and then also in the Cape Province, namely Cape Town to understand what he is talking about. An example, somebody from Durban might no understand it, the same like a Groninger trying to understand a Limburger
