panel repair by clearing COF.
Remove COF from Panel T-con.
Cof remove process from Panel T-con.
Try all repairs and troubleshooting at your own risk.
Be sure to take all of the proper safety precautions.
If you press the fingers in the COF join, then this problem can be identify.
What if no difference when you press it ?

sir, i have MI TV4 55 inch, presently my tv with no picture on screen, sound ok, i have searched for repair in youtube, some technicians showed that how to block CKV lines, we did it now the picture comes with half down picture is flickering with red color, after some time it will come with no pic sound ok , is there any solution please ? is it COF porblem T-con Board problem or Panel Board problem please help?

is it possible to do a bonding to both glass and pcb using only a cof cleaner,ACF tape and a hot iron like the one you use for pre assembly and ofcorse a microscope to allign the cof tab ic ??? i have not seen anyone do this, and i wounder why!! it cant be that hard, or is there a magic thing on those cof bonding machines. For sale /repair with warrenty i understand the need for a bonding machine, but it must be a way without this machine i have only found bonding to the pcb with solder. this will not work on the glass side for atleast two reasons, solder do not bond to doped glass, and it can break du to heat, ant the tabs on the glass side is incredible smaal and close. but there must be a way using the acf tape cleaner and heat with a handheld tool, the cof can be taped in posision. anyone know about this or seen this done , or know why this will not work. hoping for a reply on this topic

I guess without proper knowledge, tools and experience it is hard to reattach signal ribbons. But the hardest part would be not to break thin LCD plate. The bigger the harder.

Зачем усложнять как бы у стекла менять то да без этого не как. А так к плате обычным пояльником можно припоять, если руки растут откуда надо. Было дело перепаивал один шлейф к плате начанал отклеиваться и тв потух. После перепаики заработал и без всяких артифактов.

I have a illuminated blank screen backlights work i changed all 3 boards in the back from shop jimmy still have same issue would these boards cause my problem its a 55" tcl roku 4k.. Screen lights up but no menu or picture resetting has no effect
Same problem. I replaced 3 boards and problem is the same. It has to be this lcd panel. But i have no tools to fix it
@@shanghai2058 there are 2 boards bonded to led panel... Check them for shorts and what not.. Ive yet to take mine back apart but this is the only option left to try

By the time you remove the LCD from the TV and mess with all of this, there is a 20 percent chance it will work. With all of the time it takes to take the LCD out and the risk of damage, it is just best to replace the TV. Maybe you do this if you are bored and have nothing to do, but the costs of time and materials in doing this process exceeds the cost of a new TV. I don't get why anyone would do this. The value of a used LCD TV does not support this either. Yes, it can be done, but why? TV pictures are being improved with every model year. I service TVs for a living, and besides power supplies, mainboards, t-con boards and software issues, if it is an LCD or even an LED backlight issue, it isn't worth the time and costs, one can't make any money doing this stuff. Cool that you fixed it, but why?
Please remember there are countries with people who can afford to buy a new tv. So they take the chance and try to get it fixed for 1/5 the price if it works great if it doesn’t atleast they tried. Not everybody can just get up and buy new things when things break and no everybody just try’s to do things out of boredom it’s a necessity for some. Ignorant prick
