I’m not sure how to add a photo here but we have several John Deere’s on our farm and this would be hung proudly in our shop. I would send a photo of that with the new owner!
Bro you need to keep the Aluminium between 1390-1410F Degrees if you're doing lost Foam casting, Don't ask me How and why, it's simply from my years of Trial and Error at our Foundry and from my old Teachers that i've learned it's the Perfect Temp for Lost Foam Casting (Hollow Delft Clay Pouring Temp is Different)
Great John Deere emblem. Yellow and green are my favorite tractor colors. Thanks for the video keep on keeping on.
Thank you ARW always appreciate the kind words and encouragement
That turned out great 👍 thanks for sharing
Np, winter glad you enjoyed :)
Prep work usually takes me longer than actually doing the casting, so thanks for taking the time to give us some tips!
Glad you enjoyed it, casting is always a lot of fun. As for the back ground prep stuff. man tell me about it , lol. All good shop time though

Very good work on the sign. I have yet to give the plaster on foam a try.
Thanks digitizer, I think it's the easiest casting method personally. You just don't get to keep the original obviously :)
Really great project! Well done and thanks for sharing with us!
Thanks SK
Good stuff man. I got to get a bigger cnc. Colours look perfect to me. Cheers
Thanks Steve. The glueing parts together is working awesome but it makes it easy for sure.
