Writing it all is very triggering and dysregulating, but I know it's important that I do this so I don't have to ever talk about it again. Listening to your music while I'm writing is helping bring peace and deliverance and comfort while I write. Yes Adonai has saved me and I'm no longer trapped. I've gone and am still going through therapy. But the brain remembers and doesn't have the ability to distinguish and separate events through time. Though I'm not bound, I am free. In my experience it’s usually a representation of you traveling in your spirit, sometimes it’s tunneling through your soul. The different gateways of the soul. Sometimes the colors can be angelic and sometimes the colors of the seven spirits of God. For instance, spirit of wisdom is orange, spirit of counsel is green, fear of the Lord is purple, as represented in scripture.
