I think he's right below Lillie Barro. Correct me if I'm wrong.
In terms of destructive power, Lille Barro is the most powerful among the Schutzstaffel But Gerard is definitely the hardest to kill and given enough time, I think he'd outclass Lille overall. Gerard literally is the Soul King's Heart
