You have to put column numbers from table array from where you want your output and 0 is false which is for exact match means output won't be available if there are errors in your input. 1 or true for approximate match.
I think you are inserting more column data in one go. If you're getting spill error then what you can do is just insert more columns for your vlookup data.
If the D14 has entered another data like tellphone number but it should be enter manually or another way(1st table has not that data).can i apply this for new chart

You will have to highlight the empty cells you want to return before inputting ya vlookup formula then, instead of hitting enter to execute, you use ctrl + shift+enter. This is to inform the system that you are executing an array formula

You can use match formula within the vlookup if your columns are not in the same order.
