Wahoo! This was so fun. I used swarovski sapphire bicones and replaced the 4mm pearl drops with the sapphire bicones keeping the larger pearls. Its for our kiddo’s first homecoming dance next week and will let her wear my pearl studs to match. Thank you for the awesome pattern!

It sounds lovely! I have been thinking about doing it red ruby beads and white pearls.. I could wear it with a million outfits! But blue sapphire sounds perfect too!
Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful design! I finally got around to doing it in pink Swarovski Pearls, pale-pink Swarovski Crystals, and Pink Silver-lined seed beads - and it's so pretty! It's a gift for my 18yo niece's birthday - and I made matching Earrings as well. She's mad about pink and all things feminine, always dresses like a real little lady and everything she wears is either pink, or pink and white - so this is the perfect design for her.. I was just waiting for her to be old enough to wear it.
I also made a beautiful box for it in pearlised card, and embossed the lid and box-inserts (that hold the jewels) with a butterfly design and did matching card and gift cards, decorated the top corners of each with paper butterflies and adhesive diamantés & pearls, and tied it all up with pink tulle and pink & white satin ribbons - to present a beautiful gift that I'm very happy to give. Thanks to you! Kindest thanks.

How to get the exact numbers of the beads used to this project pls, thanks
I usually don’t calculate how many beads I need for a project, it depends on the length you need. But you can make two or three units first, then measure them and calculate how many units you need, so you will get an approx numbers
