Yes her dad is one of the richest businessmen in Turkey but he didn't support them financially after her parents separated (Ruffa mentioned it during the interview on Dr. Vicky Belo's vlog) so kudos to Ruffa for working hard and for raising them so well.

And this is why we do not judge the book by its cover. The fact that she's not shy of admitting that some of her stuff are fake or from shopee is very admirable, even though we all know she can def afford to buy the real ones or the expensive/better furnitures.
