*Oh man! I felt you just read my mind - One more step away. I think this mindset helps us keep going, keeping believing in ourselves and thus improving our skills and ultimately achieving the desired goals. Honestly this is by far the most important difference between High Achiever and people who are not **successful. So** no matter what just take that one step and it might open the doors for you.*

I was just reading a book, my first interesting book after a while I must say. Mid book, I wondered about the youtube channel from the very few I subscribed to, that posted regular book summaries with great whiteboard videos and writing this comment!
Just realised, It's been at least an year since I have seen your videos on my homepage and immediately clicked on my first ever "bell icon" button!
Thank you for making good content and keeping people sane!

What stops me from dividing my day into "10 days" and then I'd get TEN times as much done?!!! Reality. That's what. I'd recommend "The 12 Week Year" for a different take (more manageable IMHO) on time management and goal setting. The concept here is good, just not sure it's achievable and more importantly, sustainable.
As to 1% better every day, sure! I'll be 365% better every year! Or maybe burn out and quit trying. Change comes through sustainable growth. If these goals seem way too far out of reach, scale them back, but keep going in the right direction. Maybe 1% better a week is achievable. Maybe 1% daily for three weeks, then reset. Whatever you can sustain.

As someone who's struggling with self-confidence, I started to realize one thing from this video. I often break promise to myself, and I always feel bad about it. Maybe this is the root cause of my poor self-confidence!

To avoid breaking promises, consider reading Tiny Habits.

Kaizen. The principle is kaizen, continual improvement. It is an industry standard for many decades and is a part of most major manufacturers as a Six Sigma standard.

Thank you and my concern with this type of mindset is that it can lead to poor work life balance and unhealthy perfectionism. Hard work, yes but life is more of a marathon than a sprint.

I understand the theory but in practice, having 3 days in one, how do you manage energy depletion?

When I have listened to him give speeches on stage, I realize he's one of those new power motivators that pretty much says You must live your life to the EXTREME. It doesn't come across as believable, and seems that he just wanted to come up with something that was unique and catchy that was set him apart from other speakers or authors. I haven't heard one other successful person say they adopted his 3 days in one method. Now, the other stuff about keeping your promises and doing one more thing, is very useful.

Honestly this feels like some toxic masculinity Crossfit BS. I like this concept of setting a standard for yourself and living up to it, but forcing yourself to 'sprint' through 3 days in an 18-hour period and 'bringing more intensity to every aspect of your life' sounds like trying to outrun reality. What is the author running from? I don't think I'd enjoy spending any time with this man.

You probably wouldn’t enjoy spending time with him and that is ok. Plenty of other people for you to learn from in the world. Funny how you feel the need to put down his approach by labeling his time management tool as toxic masculinity. Sounds like you have some paradigms about that and CrossFit.

What's the point of one more if you don't even do one. No, I'm just lazy, I've already wasted 38 years might as well just waste the rest of them eating suger and getting fat.
