We will follow up with the seller and let them know of the unusually high price, they may have made a key stroke error when entering the price. " While, yes, it's unlikely for an overpriced card to sell and the beauty of an open market is hard to not notice, the fact they can do the more 'reasonable' price hikes with Direct is scum.
Hopefully you see this. Two sellers on TCGPlayer by the name of "Card Mart Express" and "MVP Game Cards" has a Riddlesmith listed for $79,115.36 and $79,115.37 respectively. This is a 10 cent card. I only saw this because I was building a budget Sharuum commander deck and using the mass entry feature to see how much the deck would cost, and to my surprise my total came out to over $80,000. There was also a Myr Retriever being listed by "MVP Game Cards" for $999.99. The Riddlesmith had me rolling.
I think Loran is the most playable card in the set; been saying this since the spoilers. I picked up a few cheap after release and have them in decks and they are performing well. Price is going to climb as people stop sleeping on it.
