Shaming someone for how they cope won't make them come to you when they need it, it will make them avoid you entirely.

And since it was a adhd thingy that started when i was like 10 and i had no negative feelings with it i just openly told all the adults who asked. Sadly it has turned into a anxiety response now. Anyway Even though this sound doesn't really fit with my situation it was still really comforting since I have been feeling down recently.
