I had no idea until today that he wasn’t an American because I only know him from I am number four and his perfect American accent. I had no idea that he was faking it. I don’t know how these actors do such a good job and perfect American English. It’s so difficult for most Americans to mimic other accents for an extended period of time.

I like this guy a lot. Amazing that his voice sounds so different in real life than in TWD. I don't mean his accent - I mean the actual tone of his voice. In TWD, his voice reminds me of a young Christian Slater. He must be a bit shy in real life. You can tell he's uncomfortable giving this interview b/c he keeps rubbing the side of his face and neck when he starts talking.
