Got the K1700 cube and some quick connects, nozzles, water hose and quick connect gun + extension wand from amazon for like ~$100 and waiting on my MJJC Foam Cannon Pro. All in close to $300 total and honestly this set up can't be beat ! OG has a really good kit, however, it's a bit too expensive for me. One more thing: Your soap is not the most foamy soap. Try a cheap Mr. pink soap from chemical guys - results will be miles more thick foam. :)
Nice man! I’m truly greatful for all the content OG puts out so I’ll gladly support, but understood. It’s an awesome starter kit. In regards to soap, I’m currently stuck on Gentle Snow Foam from Koch Chemie haha it’s super nice. Thanks for the recommendation 🤙🏼
I’m looking to get the same set up do you mind sending the links or names of the things you got, looking for a good set up within that same price range
Thank you! Honestly not sure but I just order them from obsessed garage. Maybe a 2.0 or 4.0. You can probably chat with them on your setup and have them tell you what orifice to get
Nice video. Thanks for sharing your set up. It is convenient that they attach all the connections but you are paying it. They don’t “throw anything in” and only have 1 or 2 promos a year. By the way whenever you are looking to upgrade you should take a look at the k5 model from karcher. Only a couple bucks more than the unit you have here and it’s a really good model.
Thanks man! True but OG does save you time by including the connections. I’ll gladly pay a few more bucks to support them as they pump out so much quality/free content. Good to hear about the K5! I’ll definitely consider that in the future 🤙🏻
Good looks. I attached the hose and turned on the water, then started it up. What would be the procedure to let water run through? Do I need to pull the trigger and let water through before I turn it on?
@@skrrtproductions nice video. Yeah run water through the system and pull the trigger for maybe 20secs or until water stop sputtering when spraying to get any air out of the lines before you turn on the pressure washer. It’ll prolong the life of your unit.
@@Ole_Lige a lot haha. I wash my car every other week on average and I’ve had the unit since January 2021. Still works like new. Great beginner PW for the money. I bought the unit off Amazon and accessories from OG
did you change the orifice to the 1.1 mm one? as it comes with the 1.25 mm installed in the foam cannon which can explain why your foam is not thick. I'm ordering the advanced package this week :)
I did not mess with the orifice but I’ve been getting pretty thick foam to my liking. Maybe I’ll try that out this weekend. Stoked for you! This package is a game changer! 🙌🏼
Did you get the full package or did you piece it together? What you end up paying for all of it? I'm looking at getting the same one but the full advanced package for $650

The foam cannon goes on the handle. Not the wand. And you obviously care bout your car so I'm surprised you aren't using the two bucket method and grit guards
👌🏼 You don’t have to have it directly on the handle, but I have found it’s easier to aim just being on the handle. I typically use 2 buckets, but didn’t this time bc the car wasn’t even dirty. It was a clean mit, and the bucket did have a grit guard. Adding one more bucket to the mix wouldn’t have done much in this case. Good looking out! I appreciate it

The K series uses proprietary connections so you can’t use aftermarket Wands or guns.
Just a tip, run the water through the system before you turn it on. I’ve heard it’s better for he pump in the pressure washer.

What size orifice nozzles did they send with it ?
The foam cannon came with a 1.1 orifice installed and the pressure washer nozzle is a 3.0

Next time just attach the foam cannon to the gun itself for better control.
