Finally, a tutorial that doesn’t stop to teach a magic ring! 😂 all the other tutorials are way too slow, this is perfect for people who already crochet. Thanks! 🙏
I find the magic ring tutorial helpful, and i think that the people making the tutorial ad it so the very beginers understand. However u can always just search for a short to learn the magic ring
Honestly, I think this is the perfect tutorial. You really need to have an understanding of basic crotchet but besides that it’s easy to follow. You don’t start making these before mastering your single, double, and half stitches.
THANK you for this! Very easy, simple, and straight to the point tutorial - well done! I'm making my newborn daughter and 5 year old daughter matching strawberry cardigans and this is THE perfect strawberry applique! I cannot stand that thick, puff stitch strawberry pattern that I keep finding everywhere. lol
I was trying to make this off a written pattern and got stuck on the stem. Thank you for clearly showing the pattern. Really appreciate your time to share the video! ❤
Thank you for this tutorial! I loved how easy it was to follow, and how you just got right to the point of making it instead of fluffing out how to start every stitch or making a magic ring. Definitely gonna follow 💗 you’ve helped me finish my Christmas gifts this year 😌
Wonderful tutorial! Excellent teaching skills and turned out adorable! I’ve made a few of these to decorate juggling balls and they look super cute 🥰 many thanks for your generosity and working so hard to share your gifts with us all 🙌🙏🏾💖💐💋
Thank you so much for sharing!!!! The blog is really helpful too! I learned easily from your video. Nevermind the nrgative comments, you're a good teacher. Thank you for sharing your talent, i really appreciate you!! For those complaining there is a speed button you can easily make the video slower.
Beautiful design. I like how mine turned out. The verbal instructions don’t match the pattern. If you follow what she says verbatim you will always end up short on the second round on the way back round up to the top of the strawberry.
if i were to make an even larger strawberry, is this possible? i want to make some to add some to a bag, but want one larger one to act as a pocket for the bag
For making pockets, you might have to adapt the pattern quite a bit. Maybe the easiest way would be to use a completely different pattern, let's say a heart of the size you need, and then add the seeds and the leaves to turn it into a strawberry 🍓 I hope this makes sense :) let me know if you have any questions
Hi, sure, the small strawberry is just the same but I used Sport-weight cotton and a 3 mm hook. You can find the written pattern here raffamusadesigns.com/free-crochet-pattern-strawberry-applique/
I kept getting confused and frustrated trying to do the websites pattern , because it didn’t come out right …turns out that the pattern on website had sts instead of st on the first dc4 on round 2 so it was ” [dc 4] in next sts “ instead it should have been “[dc 4] in next st” 🤦♀️ very cute pattern overall
Hi, to make smaller strawberries you have two options: 1) use finer yarn and a smaller hook (you can even use thread for tiny strawberries) 2) change the pattern almost entirely... I'd say that option number 1 would be the easiest one if it works for you :)
@RaffamusaDesigns - Crochet Patterns and Tutorials I want to like make the pattern smaller like change the number of chains the number of stitches ,etc. if that's even possible. But I don't know how to.. it's okay tho, I already make one from ur video that I attached to my facemask Thank u for replying^_________^
@@ximang4371 the red strawberry is made with the same exact pattern as the pink one but with sport weight yarn and a 3.0 mm hook (instead of Aran weight yarn and 4.5 mm hook, which I used for the pink strawberry)
