    I may have figured it out. I restarted my computer, opened up the activity monitor, start-up whatever program is giving you the pop-up. Looked on the activity monitor to find the AGSI. Click on AGSI, click the see information top left. Should be between the (x) and the gear. Click on open files and ports and delete all the folders that relate to the app. Empty trash, click ok even if it doesn't empty all the way. Restart your computer and empty the trash again if it didn't empty the whole thing the first time. Restart and you should be good.

      Luis, Im still getting the error, however I dont see the ADSI n my activity monitor. I see a lot of the Creative Cloud files.

      @podrido66 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@DetroitDon25 You don't see the Adobe Genuine Software Integrity show up in your activity monitor once you get a new pop-up? This worked for me using cs6. I'm not sure if it will work for the more recent versions. But you should force quit all the pop-ups, close all your apps, restart your computer, and upon re-start re-launch one app with Activity Monitor open and you should see something come up as soon as you get the pop-up.

    Doing this doesn’t work anymore. Literally the folders reappear near instantly - it’s primarily acrobat that is doing this. Uninstall everything with the Adobe removal tool, delete the folders and these items listed in the video, and install all of your apps EXCEPT acrobat pro , DO NOT install acrobat reader either. Use acrobat on another machine and use a 3rd party reader, seriously.

    There is a solution! This is what helped me: You don't need to delete the folder with the necessary "Adobe" files. You just need to remove the "Adobe genuine" program from startup using a third-party application like "app cleaner uninstaller" (This is not an advertisement, you can use any other similar application)

      Let me explain to you how to resolve this, because some files need to be DELETED and others need to be RENAMED:
      DELETED
      1. Delete FILE “Adobe Genuine Service” from your computer
      2. Delete FILE “AdobeGC” from your computer
      3. Delete the FILE “AAM Registration Notifier” from your computer
      4. Delete the FILE “Adobe Application Manager (Update)” from your computer
      RENAMED
      1. Rename the FOLDER “Adobe Application Manager” to “(Disabled) Adobe Application Manager”
      Do NOT delete the FOLDER “Adobe Application Manager”. Just simply rename it to “(Disabled) Adobe Application Manager”. Then this should work without any issues.

      I believe this is for someone who has uninstalled the programs and gets those messages, I think that you are looking something for the message of the licenses, and keep using the program, obviusly, so, yo need togo to the Adobe gcc folder and erase everything on it, and then erased all the paper bin.

    • @Dore.Le.Jeurne
      @Dore.Le.Jeurne 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not sure how to do it, but when you delete the files, you then need to lock the folder so it is read only. So it won't recreate again in the library. As it's locked. I think you have to do this in terminal. Because Library recreate when you restart your computer. If the folder is read only it can't... or something like this.
