I still believe that this was the perfect ending for the series. Sometimes less is more. The only thing we really knew about the killer was that he was an employee, we had no idea why he murdered the kids, but that's because we didn't need to know (and the motive that they later gave him was terrible). The mystery surrounding him was part of what made him so scary/compelling: the fact that he could've been anyone, and that our minds filled in the blanks regarding him & his motives. The one thing we did know was that he got exactly what he deserved, a taste of his own medicine: cornered in a dark room, killed, trapped inside of a suit, doomed to be forgotten & his body never to be found.
Indeed also I like to think that the shadow Freddy that lured the machines to be busted up and then dismantled was actually the killer we never see in the old mini games what the killer used to lure the kids to kill them but from a fanmade music video we all know and love it’s been so long we see the killer use a Freddy costume in that video and this Freddy looks awfully purple so I believe that the killer wears a old moldy tattered Freddy costume to lure them in then breaks them it’s probably the very same costume he used to lure the kids back then I also like to think the reason he wears the old unstable discontinued suit was because he remembered hearing something about how most of the employees in the old fazbear location would wear a Freddy head and he also remembered how the machine’s would sometimes leave you alone when you wear it so he thinks if it works with with a Freddy head then maybe it could work with this as well he wears the whole costume instead of just the head just to be safe but since the suit was so old and unstable the mechanical pieces snapped shut and caved in on itself into the killer causing him to bleed out and die sorry for the long comment but what do you think :) ???
I agree… and yet I still really like some of the animatronics from the newer games. Maybe they should’ve been set in a different, unrelated environment altogether? Without adding extra lore to this story?
@@Yetaxa well if we had the protagonists name in the beginning, it would make sense to at least know the main villain's name before you end the series. Right?
What i always liked about these minigames is how the FNAF 1 pizzeria looks, the atmosphere is lonely, creepy, the thunders and rain in the background, the rats walking around, etc. It just makes you feel that Fazbear Entertainment is almost in bankrupt, how the place got even more rotten by every second it passed, and i would seriously LOVE a replica of the FNAF 1 pizzeria but like in the minigames, with the secret room and everything, it's just beautiful and truly gives me chills
I like how In the bad ending the mask in the background (Golden Freddy) has two lights on in his eyes because each light would mean one spirit trapped in the suits well that just might be hinting that golden Freddy is posses by two sprit (Crying child in Cassidy the vengeful spirit)
I’m pretty sure that Connor from top 10 gaming has debunked that theory… the two lights are actually just a reflection of one light because the kid’s spirits have not all been completely freed yet.
I forgot that Chica didnt get destroyed in the same area as Freddy and Bonnie so when William attacked I got jupscared. Also I think me reading the comments as it was happening had something to do with it.
Someone said this is essentially an in-universe way of Cassidy showing Michael what happened after fnaf 1, and she was guiding him to help put bite victim’s memories together, thus giving him his happiest day
Edit: I like how Shadow Freddy says “Follow me” to the animatronics. The Exact same words that William tells Susie. Almost as if Shadow Freddy is paralleling Afton’s Words, luring to the Back room and doing the exact opposite of what Afton did. Where Afton lured to Murder. Shadow Freddy lured to Free.
"I am your wickedness made flesh" You know I thought that was just a metal line by Nightmare in UCN, but now I think it was a lore drop for Shadow Freddy
I've always liked to think that if the theory about the shadow animatronics being springlocked employees was true, than instead of being Shadow Freddy from FNaF 2, the Shadow Freddy in this minigame was phone guy's ghost after he got stuffed during the Night 4 phone call, trying to help the kids or something once he found out what was happening.
Considering the Balloon Boy STAFF Bot in The Post It Note room with the rest of The other staff bots that resemble the Aftons. Because of the Balloon Boy MiniGame In FNAF 3, the MiniGames of this game where we help the kids could parallel Micheal righting the Wrongs that his father did.
0:27 now people were wondering what that room was. and why they couldn’t go there until night 5. The Markiplier said it. shadow Freddy I think maybe William in disguise luring them there. But the backroom there is the area that animatronics can’t go that’s why there is an error on screen. and then they walk away and William kills the animatronic which frees the children’s spirits and they can go in that room on night 5 and see William Afton’s death and the birth of springtrap.
Huh, that's an interesting detail. I wonder if it's because the minigames are sort of a representation of their programming, so we see them as their original forms (aka, before they became withered), that way this event can still take place after fnaf1, considering this is the fnaf1 location.
@@captainspock3p07 Yes, I also believe that the minigames take place after FNAF 1. But I did found some interesting theory on some reddit comments about the sprite going like this: At some point near the end the final months of the FNAF 1, the company attempted to remake and update the Fnaf 1 gang suits such as by giving buttons to Freddy and Bonnie, trying different colours and fully fixing Foxy in a last ditch effort incase they reopened but eventually went Bankrupt for the final time. It could also explain why Chica doesn't have a bib and why Foxy doesn't have his brown pants, because they stopped mid way through their updating. So that the theory if People still takes sprites themselves seriously. But yeah, Sprite have never been accurate for example, William Afton sprites being different colors, Michael Afton's constant skin color change, and the FNAF 2 minigame sprites, etc, but it does give a good idea to why the sprites in the Follow me minigame looked different.
