When Goku was learning how to control & master his Ssj5 form while training with the dragons, during the transforming into Ssj5 he was shaking the entire dragon realm
God level edit. SSJ4 and 5 was always distinct then normal transformations. It gives you the primal raw power that a typical Saiyan has.
Honestly, this is a great video. Its cool seeing how Toyotaro was noticed for his fan manga.
The design is actually a character named Tablos in his Spirit Killer transformation from the doujin Alternative Future made by Tablos. Toyotaro took a bit of inspiration from it and built his career around it lol

Imagine SSJ4 as a Golden Oozaru condensed into half-human form like a lycanthrope. Golden Oozaru is the Oozaru x10 and SSJ's x50, making SSJ4 x500 (just above ssj3's x400). SSJ5 is like SSJ4 only extending to SSJ3 with oozaru condensed. Meaning SSJ3's x400 with Oozaru's x10 maked SSJ5 a x4k base multiplyer. It would bring a new tier of power the other forms before could never reach.
