If it was a cosplayer, it was a dang good one. Even the voice was similar. From this distance he looked he was real. And the reaction of the woman made it seem that it was the real deal too. I wouldnt put it past him if he was in the neighbourhood he would have done it just because he could. And if it was an office in a hospital i would think he would do it too.

They have a look alike in England and sometimes he rides the tube. I can’t see good enough to tell if it’s him. The voice is spot on. I saw the guy on a British morning show and while he was pretty good, you could tell the difference in his face and voice.
