By reading the comments, it actually made me agree with them that it's been long enough for them to actually plan about getting engaged. This prank really made me tear up cause I feel like the problems that Ivonne talked about was her real concerns and as she said they have argued about this topic many times and he agreed. He gave her a promise ring but he said he was not ready which is messed up because if that promise ring really means something then he should actually be saving and planning to get engaged and then to get married.

I do think ivonne wants to get married realistically speaking but she just doesn't want to pressure Lucas and they're still young for this commitment which I think is why she said she doesn't want to get married.
