I love cats, I skipped the kitten video, I knew it would just probably tick me off. I did look closely at that "Kitten" he was holding, that thing was huge, if it were a human it would be 8-12 years old. If I got to pick out a kitten I definitely wouldn't pick that one, it's already getting to that point it's not as cute anymore because it's getting to big. A mother cat supposedly abandon it's kitten under a porch, and it was brought to me. It was infested with flees, eyes barely open... great, now I've made myself cry... that cat loved me way to much, like I always had to be in her eyesight... breathes... Point is that kitten was 3rd of the size of the cat in that guy's hand. I wouldn't want a kitten that has been mutilated and poisoned with vaccines. The vaccines they give animals are just... I'm just going to avoid that landmine ;-) Oh, side note, the SPCA, all these adoption places, would rather murder a puppy or kitten rather than give it away for free. I would totally go adopt one, but it's really expensive, they try to trump it up like all these high fees are more donations that go towards helping the animals MY A*S. Regardless, I would still pay, even though a bunch of kittens considered a burden and seems someone is always trying to give them away, but *if* I were to pay a lot of money for kitten, I'm going to want one that is going to have the option of having kittens later on in it's life, and I'll pass on kittens that are going to strap me with high vet bills because of adverse vax reactions lol, or develop cat AIDS.

I used to know someone many years ago who was the equivalent of a secret shopper for restaurants. She got to eat meals for free (no pay) and review everything.
I worked at a grocery store and we would get rated by our mystery shoppers. It's totally about the workers. We would get rewards for good scores and retraining if we did a poor job. Not about anyone else.

Here they dump it on select side roads. I sort of understand because of insane dump charges, but then the council has to clean it up so they increase everyones' rates accordingly, plus add dump fees they figure should have been paid in the first place.

That doesn’t excuse workers acting unprofessional. Telling a young adult “to go back to the rez” is uncalled for…..regardless of what the kids were doing. It sucks dealing with young adults that throw things, or act out, but the worker shouldn’t get out of character

People are so confused over camera rights. You can film anything you're eyes can see when on public land sidewalks or anything owned by the city taxpayers. You can't film in a private business or on private land. Everyone who films in a restaurant is technically breaking the law and can be trespassed and banned for it. Learn the laws that you have to abide by it you could find yourself in real trouble. Edit: I forgot to mention: If you are on your own property you can film if you have permission from the owner to film you can film otherwise you can be sued for using the video.

It actually depends on the state, but you CAN film in private property when you have permission to be there, being an open business is inherent permission to enter the property, hence the idea that "it's public" because there's technically public access to the private property. They can't make you stop recording, but they can make you leave the property for it.
The supreme court of many states have said that recordings are prohibited wherever people can EXPECT privacy and society may recognize it as a place to expect such, like your home, a restroom, a dressing room, offices or work places with no public access, etc. Some states have made more specific rules, like two party consent, but people filming in a place like McDs is totally legal. Staying on the property when they tell you to leave is where the issue comes in.
@@0Sarenity0 ~It depends on each private stores/establishments rules on filming. If they have a no recording policy, and you are recording, they can ask you to leave and you must abide by it. And I'm pretty sure all places like McDonalds & such are considered private. Yes, they are open to the public, but only if you play nice and abide by their rules. Even a "public" courthouse or park has rules and policies that will get you booted if you don't follow(so IMO nothing is really "public" in that sense) :).

Courthouses are completely different, they are true public areas (paid for by taxes) and you CAN record in them. It's just that there are specific laws regarding a judge's authority to disallow recording in a court room/house. But federally speaking there's no set law on the act of recording in court itself which. There are NO laws on recording in a public park, post office, police station, etc. If there's tax payer dollars funding it, it's true 'public' property, and all rules about recording are specifically dictated by the managing power of the property.

IKR a few of these had the Karen backwards or they both were.
I’m in a wheelchair and really wish people would respect the handicap parking spots. I wouldn’t care but most of the other parking spots are so close together there’s no way to get my chair out next to my door to be able to get in it. I don’t get mad or say anything because the people that do it don’t GAF. While I wait for a spot I do notice that most of the people that do it, really should park as far away from the door as possible, they could really use a nice walk.

Clearly the guy “who didn’t see the phone” clearly saw the phone because why would he randomly say excuse me if he’s not anywhere even close to the other guy. Really, it doesn’t matter. To be fair it’s not rude to step in front of a camera in a public place where there are people sharing equipment. The gentlemen placing the ball back said excuse me. If the gentlemen recording didn’t want to be interrupted don’t put the camera in a place that someone may walk in front of. Point being it is a public place you have a right to record yes but it doesn’t mean that people have to go out of their way to make sure they’re not interrupting your recording. I feel it’s rude to record in a gym anyway people may not want to be recorded working out I know I wouldn’t.

The part that really got me was him talking about raising cats his whole life. And then said he had 3 cats when he was 12. I can’t remember the exact verbiage, but it gave me the Impression that’s all he’s ever had. That rescue group can blacklist him and never adopt to him. Rescues are quite strict, and rightfully so, to make sure the animals have loving forever homes.

I worked in retail for a long time, some customers really push someone to that point, I’ve almost caught myself a few times. Seeing these videos, make me happy to see why I left the customer service industry, now I work from home processing medical records with little to no customer interaction and I love it.
i can't stand it! The lady in Missouri store that complained that the "old" man was harassing a "young" woman. He said his piece and left. She, however, followed him through the store making comments so all could hear. I dislike people that park in disability stalls with out a placard and feel it's ok. I also think at least half of these altercations could be avoided if they both shut up and walked away instead of trying to win some right award.

First of all that Walmart one was a trip. I work for Walmart for 3 years. So I know the return policy too. All items are scanned through the system and have a barcode. So they can tell if the customer purchase the item at a Walmart store. The fact that even though the item was returned without a barcode, all they have to do is look on the receipt and get the item number off the receipt and log it in. You can go to any Walmart to return an item. It does not have to be the same Walmart that you made your purchase at. Because all items are logged into their system. She was just being a b i t c h😅
