@HikeCamp thanks, think I'm going to start getting nasty with the Dr's, this was part of a walk out of a book, I bought a few when I was incapacitated to give me some ideas especially for short circular walks
My Tricia and I have done that same walk but in the opposite direction. We didn't pay either but it was £5 then. On your way back you would have passed the entrance to rocky valley, it's by the white house that's set back from the road. That's a worthwhile walk with a small waterfall at the bottom. You can park at the side of the road where the turn off to Halgebron is. I don;t think there are any stiles to climb and you don't need to part with any money. Oh yes, the walk back to the car park where you were is never ending up that hill. We were knackered.
Oh I do understand not feeling up to snuff with the cardiac stuff. Stay well my friend. Quite the interesting walk..
